BUT his assistant is wonderful. She is an insurance wiz! She can spit out quotes faster than you can ask and is fast and efficient at filing claims. She is very friendly and helpful. All you have to do is ask or even just hint and whatever it is is as good as done! We have filed a few claims-mostly rental or glass coverage and never had a problem receiving payment.
