I went to the Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie this winter to purchase my fiancees wedding band to go with her engagement ring I purchased last summer at the Maplewood Wedding Day location. Once again we experienced top notch customer service - the prices, warranty and customer experience can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and work with a reputable, family owned business, such as Wedding Day Diamonds, and stay away from mall jewelry stores.

WDD is the first place I looked at when buying an engagement ring. They had a great 101 presentation that showed me the 4-C's, hands-on. I was not in a hurry to buy and the Eden Prairie store total respected that. We came up with a couple of stones, settings, and rings (with pricing) that became my benchmark as I looked around. WDD told me to build a couple of days in my timeline for sizing, then shook my hand goodbye. No harrassment or pressure. I did look around. At another store (we'll call it Subway), they had a series of young attractive sales women come around to flirt as I looked. That was fun, but they sure couldn't answer any of my harder questions. A third store (Sales) was a discount mall chain. Oddly the stones cost more and were of lesser quality. As I walked out they encouraged me to come back in a couple of days when their Regional Manager was in and could "negotiate". Thanks. The fourth store (Breakfast) was a high end one. They were very knowlegable and had great quality. They were also twice the price... literally. I asked them if they could get close to WDD's price. silence. no. In the end, I went back to WDD an bought... no wiser than when I left the first time. But, I did get piece of mind through the process. My wive LOVES her ring!

Wedding Day Diamonds is the place for engagement and wedding rings. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about diamonds/rings. My fiance and I couldn't have asked for a better experience when looking and purchasing rings. Anybody who is looking for engagement/wedding rings should go to WDD.

My fiancee purchased my engagement ring from Wedding Day Diamond. To this day, I am astounded by the beauty of my ring and the quality of service we continue to receive from the staff at Wedding Day Diamonds. The store he purchased the ring from is in Richfield, MN. After hearing about his shopping experience, we went back to the store several times to look and eventually purchased our wedding bands. The minute I was introduced to the staff, I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately. We are extremely happy with their quality of service. In addition, the company offers a great warranty plan that I have yet to see anywhere else.

Wedding Day Diamond was the first store I visited and I went in there with the intention of shopping around to find the perfect ring for a price I could afford and to maybe get some information on how to pick a ring. The staff was very helpful and friendly and very understanding when I asked to see probably 30 different rings, and some rings more than once. Even though I had no intention of purchasing a ring that day I found the ring I wanted, and the staff then assisted in finding the perfect diamond. The staff helped explain the four C's of a diamond, and helped me find a the diamond that fit perfectly in my ring. After everything was said and done, I had my engagement ring, which was quite expensive (just under $11,000), but it was perfect and worth every penny. The staff helped finance the ring and I can proudly say to day that the ring is paid in full

I went into Wedding Day Diamonds with my soon-to-be fiancee. We were greeted warmly. We did not receive any unwelcome pressure from the staff and, in fact, were able to get the run of the store as we were shown several engagement ring options that fit with our taste. I came back several months later and spent upward of two hours with the sales lady as she "walked" me through diamond selection and pricing. I was able to select a fantastic diamond and secure financing before leaving the store. A great experience! I would definitely recommend WDD to anyone I meet.

The selection and value at Wedding Day Diamonds is amongst the best in the metro area and the customer service is unmatched. We have been to the Eden Prairie location many times because we really appreciate how we are treated there. Jeremy is who we usually deal with at the Eden Prairie location- his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly customer service is what keeps us coming back.

I was referred to Wedding Day Diamonds by a close friend of mine. He said that it was the coolest experience ever. He was almost right, except mine was better! My wife of 15 years and I spent 3+ months picking out her replacement wedding ring with Jeremy in Eden Prairie. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we made the right decision. He managed to set us up with the best possible diamond and ring combination and always kept in mind our original budget. My wife expected perfection and she got it! The diamond is amazing, the ring is perfect and the quality is second to none. I was treated like a king by the entire staff every time I stopped in or called the store, including the people that worked on the ring for setting the stone and sizing. Jeremy was very respectful and personal during this time and they went out of there way to make sure the presentation of the ring was a success! If you are thinking of buying a wedding ring or and other jewelry you have to visit Wedding Day Diamonds.

I went to the Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie, MN this past Fall to purchase my girlfriend's engagement ring. At the time, when I first started looking, I wasn't sure what type of ring to purchase. The staff at Wedding Day was extremely helpful in educating me and letting me pick out the "right" diamond and ring. After several (or many) visits to the store and looking at many rings/diamonds, I finally made the big purchase - and now my future wife loves the ring!! I would strongly recommend Wedding Day to any of my family or friends in the future.

I?m an extremely picky consumer and I researched numerous stores and sites before making my selection with Wedding Day. Their variety and quality engagement and wedding bands was excellent. I found the specialty designers to be a great fit for what I was looking for. Along with a wide variety and good prices, the service was amazing. My salesperson was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and informative. Overall, I was truly impressed with Wedding Day and I would highly recommend that you add them to your short list. There were a few other jewelry stores that offered a similar quality arrangement for similar pricing, but it was the staff and service at Wedding Day that helped me make my decision so easy. Mike, the manager at Eden Prairie, had such an attention to detail it blew me away. I came in nearly 4 months after initially meeting with Mike and he still remembered my name and exact details of what I was looking for. This would have been understandable if I had made an appointment and he could have referenced the card I filled out, but I just randomly stopped in. He made my fiances dreams come true while respecting my budget.
Nadine takes personal customer service to the utmost degree!!! From the moment I stepped in to the store Nadine made me feel comfortable in an environment that I was not accustom to. Despite my lack of knowledge with diamonds and jewelry I left feeling confident that my purchase was the right one. Great store, wonderful atmosphere, huge selection, and Nadine, what else could you ask for!! How about customers for life! If you want to be treated royally, get high quality fine jewelry and a fun atmosphere, head directly to Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie! My fiancee and I looked at several Jewelry stores in the twin cities metro area but Wedding Day was head and shoulders above the rest. The selection at other big chain jewelry stores was very similar to each other, and we wanted something unique. Wedding Day was just the ticket. The consultants took time to educate us on diamonds . Nadine bent over backward to find what we wanted, creating a special order for us in white gold of rings of what we loved in yellow gold. The cookies, coffee and couches made the store very comfortable and the staff (especially Beth and Nadine)were warm and sincerely friendly. (Not fake...) While we decided on what we wanted, Nadine buffed up the rings my fiance was wearing. They shone so much it almost burned our retinas! We felt like we were visiting with close family. Because of this, I almost slipped and said ,"Love You!" on our way out! I left with parting gifts (just like on game shows) such as a goodie bag with candy, breath mints, gum, jewelry cloth, brush and cleaner, a nice robin's egg blue mug, memories frame and the most beautiful engagement & wedding rings ever ordered just for us. We highly recommend this wonderful place! I will buy all my fine jewelry there from now on! If you need "bling" Wedding Day is your thing!

My husband bought my first piece of jewelry at Wedding Day Diamonds when we first started dating, and it's been "strictly" Wedding Day Diamonds and our favorite jeweler "Nadine" ever since. We've gotten a past, present and future ring, our wedding rings, a bracelet, earrings, mother & child necklace & other pieces from Wedding Day Diamonds that we love. We won't go anywhere else and I would highly recommend this store for their beautiful jewelry pieces, wide selection and every jeweler that works there has always been nothing but accomodating to us. We walk into the store and often times get greeted immediately by Nadine with her warming smile and open arms. it feels as though she's part of our family and has been there with us since before my husband and I were engaged. Nadine is an amazing person and jeweler and brings so much more to this beautiful jewelry than what it already is. I was shopping for a ring, I visited the mall stores up and was done with that after two stops and talking with kids the were younger than me selling me the best deal they had ever seen at seventy percent off, but i had to buy it today.... I visited another store felt out of place and was not treated kindly, that all changed when i walked in to wedding day in eden prairie, I was greeted by Nadine and Tonya. Nadine took the time to sit down and get to know me and what i was looking for, not what she could sell me. She showed me many stones in my price range and gave me a good lesson on what i should be looking for when buying a ring. I still did some shopping around and the more i looked around the more confident i was going back to wedding day. I think i was in there four times looking and diamonds everytime i saw a kind smile looking back at me. I first visited the Wedding Day on Penn Ave, a few days before my boyfriend ,on a "fact finding" mission. I was helped by James. He is amazing. After I showed him a few pictures of rings I had been saving he directed me to several styles he thought I might like. I picked out the setting and then he showed me the new Atia 81 diamond. It is so beautiful! I left but returned later that day with my boyfriend. We ended up buying the setting and the Atia diamond. The service was great, we love James and highly reccomend him. He listened was patient and very hospitable (we went to dinner with Wedding Days certificate to Majors). The certificate was one of many that I will be using in the planning of our wedding.

I absolutely loved my experience at Wedding Day. I started on their website which blew me away, so i just had to stop in. Maple Grove was the location I went to and selected a simple engagement ring. I spent just over $1000, but they treated me like i spent a million. I want to thank them for taking the time with me and helping me make a great choice. I will be back for years to come, since i wont be leaving MN for a long time....

The crew at Eden Prairie so incredible. My girlfriend and I walked and immediately were greeted. They were wonderful. We were asked to sit down and Leon asked us if we wanted something to drink. We relaxed had some pop and discussed our desired engagement ring. Leon was amazing. We visited other major jewelers before we went to Wedding Day and met Leon. All of the other jewelers were more interested in getting our money quickly. Leon listened to us for two hours and when we got done, we purchased an amazing ring from Wedding Day. Since then they gave us an engagement gift (wow that was unexpected). They also gave us a package of certificates to other businesses for our wedding planning so we can save money.
