Dougs Plumbing

Awful. Called Doug to repair a leaky faucet in a bathtub. The faucet was working before we called Doug, just a small drip which was a small nuisance. Doug came in and told us all he needed to do is order a piece to fix the tub, and after 3 months we got Doug on the phone. 6 months later we finally got Doug to our house. At this point we are asking Doug just to get the back to where we were before he touched our bathtub and he says he cannot. Has admitted to us that he forgot about our project and refuses to make it right. Awful customer service and a man who is obviously overwhelmed by his business.

This is a one man show and he is great!!! We have owned older homes with old plumbing and consequently we've required the services of a plumber quite often. We have been using Doug's Plumbing for over 12 years. His work is superior. His pricing is very reasonable. He's dependable and trustworthy. He cleans up after his work. We think so much of him that when we've needed other work done on our home we've called him for recommendations. If you need a plumber, I would definately recommend Doug's Plumbing.
