We were looking at several small to mid-size SUV makes/models and the Jeep Compass was one we were interested in. We were referred to SPENCER FAUST by the manager, and he was most helpful and very nice to work with. He spent alot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and followed up after our visit. We ended up going a different direction with our purchase, but if we're ever in the market again, we will go see Spencer again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. We first worked with Tony Leovan who did a great job answering all of our questions. He took the time to find exactly what we were looking for and also helped recommend the Town and Country we eventually bought. We also got to work with Paul Desmarias and Mitch Toomy. Large well stocked dealership. Clean and bright. Needs popcorn to go along with the coffee.

Tony & Jay were polite, friendly and professional from the start. Once I established that I was a serious buyer who did not need to be persuaded to buy, we were off to the races. Conversation with both of these gentlemen was easy.

Price for the new vehicle was fair as was the allowance for my trade. It is after all a business, but I do not expect to pay a dealers electric bill for the month either.

Most pleasant, no hassle vehicle purchase I have made to date.

Only negative was that the vehicle did not come with a cargo net, and I would think a 40K vehicle would have one of these as part of standard equipment outfitting.
I mentioned it to the dealership, and was told that I could order one at retail price.

Tony Leovan the sales person was knowledgeable, listened to my questions, answered them and then located the right vehicle. When I was not please with the color Tony then went and brought the other vehicle up front. From beginning to end the sale went well. Tony and others were very professional, the price was right and they brought up a few things that I did not think about but was a good deal to have. Pleased with the vehicle and the deal. I would recommend everyone go to Walser Jeep Dodge if you are looking for a great vehicle and the right price and no pressure sales.

To all MINI VAN buyers: My wife and I realized 10 days before the birth of our third child that 3 car seats in a row didn't work. We searched all across the metro. 7 days, 10 dealers looking for the best value in MINI VANS. WALSER HOPKINS Chrysler/Dodge was by far the value and the best climate to shop. Their Vans were loaded with excellent safety features and all the needs for young kids, and priced lower than any other dealer. There was no guessing with their "best value price" labeled on all vehicles. We worked with TONY Leovan and felt NO pressure in fact it was the opposite he educated us with what the different types of vans offered and lead us to the best value. TONY even stayed late with us one night when we had a baby sitter to allow us to test drive the vehicles. At other dealers we felt pressure and found we could only get a stripped down model in our price range. At WALSER Hopkins we found a loaded van brand new in our price range. Tony explained every feature clearly to myself and my wife before we drove off the lot. We had been pre-approved with a rate of 3.0 before we started shopping and MITCH the general manager got us an even lower rate! I thought this dealership was great. There was no pressure to buy, no pressure to make a commitment. Very consultative. Wayne the sales rep I worked with was very patient with me wanting to walk all over the lot and drive multiple vehicles. What makes a good experience great is how they handle the trouble spots. I purchased a used vehicle I ended up not wanting. Under the 3 day guarantee they took the car back with no questions asked. no pressure to keep the car. I ended up buying a brand new one because I was so happy with the way they handled my return. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I placed an order for some parts and told them to call me. They never called me. I called them back 7 days later, they tell me that my order has been sitting there for 6 days.

Here is another story. I pull in there on a Saturday morning and I am immediately met by a sales person. I parked my car and before I could get both feet on the ground, I got some a-hole sales guys talking to me about my jeep. I ignore this prick who's making obvious small talk for reasons you will soon read about to come. I continue on my simple mission. I am there to place an order for another part that is a dealer only part, which is the only reason I am there. I approach the parts department only to see that they are closed on Saturdays. Seriously? When hard working people have the day off to work on their car, you close down the parts department. Are they trying to make me leave my Jeep there for them to work on so they can gouge me with labor costs? Now, I begin to return to my car, but before I can get there that greedy, high pressure salesman approaches me and starts trying to get me to trade in my Jeep for a new one. F#$% off Walser Jeep! I am so glad that I am moving to Eagan so that I will no longer have to deal with this dealership!

If they take my trade to auction and it costs them a few hundred bucks, that's THEY'RE problem, not mine. I thought the price on my purchase was fair, but I didn't feel like they were willing to work for my business. My tip for other customers is to not expect to get a super deal...just a fair one.

I purchased a new 2005 Chrysler Town & Country from Walser Chrysler in Hopkins. The engine went out at 80K miles, 10K after the warranty expired. The remote starter they installed does not work, neither of the passenger power doors work and their sub contractor for the rust proofing will not honor their supposedly 7 year warranty. I will NEVER EVER buy from Walser again as they will do nothing to help me with any of these issues. I hope Chrysler goes bankrupt, they make a sub standard product. I also hope Walser Chrysler in Hopkins closes as Chrysler is reducing the number of dealerships. Their Management and Customer Service are terrible. I currently have a lawsuit pending against both Chrysler LLC & Walser Chrysler in Hopkins. BEWARE, once you purchase a vehicle from them, if anything goes wrong with it, they will not stand behind it and you are on your own.

We LOVED our BUYING experience at Walser Jeep & Chrysler in Hopkins! Justine was our "sales" person and she was so professional(they work on ratings/reviews not commission)! Customer service is a lost art but Justine gets it! We also LOVED not having to "negotiate" our deals. They offer one price and that's it - thank you Walser!!

After the sale, I am disappointed. I feel like they have forgotten what it's like to be a new customer (or maybe they don't care?). Each phone call I made with a question (i.e. when will our financing/payment info. arrive, where do we pick up our license plates, do I make an appointment or just walk in for the first oil change, etc.) was just transferred with no or little conversation. I was encouraged but mostly concerned that their service staff offered a cell phone number to reach them so we "don't get lost in the shuffle."
