Aaa Midway Inside Storage

I had good luck with these guys. I stored my mom's stuff for a year after she died, and the staff was friendly and attentive to me, more than other places. they got me a truck to rent too and made what was really a hard thing a little bit easier. There good people at that place.

You can't access your stuff after 6pm ever unless you pay extra for the cost of their labor. You can't access your stuff on ANY Sunday. They don't save your credit card info so you have to keep calling in EVERY month to make your payment and they NEVER answer their phone. You have to leave a message and ask them to call back. One time they forgot to record my monthly payment even though the payment cleared my account, and when I went to get some stuff out of storage they refused to let me unless I gave them money that I already paid. This, of course, was a duplicate payment and now they owe me a refund. They are friendly-enough people but the place is about as unprofessionally-run as any business I've ever encountered.

I am so impressed! they took care of my stuff while I was away from college, and the rates are the best in town. I tell everyone I know about this place. I met the manager, and the service was really good, better than the bigger storages which wated me to pay a ton of money in fees and make me buy their insurance and their expensive locks. Go here, not anywhere else!

Don't Use this Place (Big headache)They were supposed to send me a reimbursement 3 months ago and I still haven't got anything. They don't answer the phone and every time I go there they have an excuse....Very Bad!

Great storage. They helped me get a U-Haul fast and were very courteous. I stored there for a year and they gave me a good discount for paying in advance. They have the lowest prices. A 5x10 (what I had) was $30 lower than the other places I checked.
