I am very pleased with the service I recently received at R.F. Moeller Jeweler. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to customer satisfaction. The repair work they did for me was completed in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner.
I worked with Bryan at RF Moeller Jewler in Edina when shopping for my engagement and wedding rings over the past couple of years. It was an endeavor that I was not looking forward to, but Bryan made my experience quite easy. For the engagement ring, my fiancee wanted something different than the norm, and I wanted to ensure that she got quality without spending all of my money.
Bryan did an excellent job helping me find a surprisingly inexpensive platinum band and a beautiful sapphire to couple with it. I did not have to spend hours upon hours pouring over selections of rings or catalogs. I gave him a loose description of what I was looking for, as well as my budget, and he used his expertise to get me into exactly what I needed.
When it came to the wedding bands, my experience was no different. Quick, easy and satisfying. When it came time to fuse my wife's band with her engagement ring, we popped in one Saturday morning, dropped them off, had breakfast next door and returned to pick up an even more beautiful piece.
Bryan and RF Moeller Jewlers will take care of you through every step of the process. I highly recommend their services.
Our whole family loves the service that Mark has given us at your Edina Location. A simple watch repair turned into a appraisel than my Grandmother, who at 90 had Mark re do some of her old rings. He had your goldsmith remake one of the old pieces into something different, It was a gift for a great granddaughter. The job was to be rushed and ready on Saturday. My grandmother didnt tell anyone and forgot about it. Mark rememered that the party was on Sunday and left several messeges with his cell phone number. I called Mark around 9pm Saturday and learned about the gift. Mark had the ring with him and delevered it Sunday morning before the party!!!!! Now thats customer service.
I just (successfully!) proposed to my fiance, and R F Moeller in Edina was an important part of that. The ring purchase is such a telling experience for me as I think about all of the jewelers I have had contact with (I shopped many other places in and around Edina, and alas, this was not my first time through the engagement process). There is time pressure, the piece may be more expensive than even the Rolex across the showroom, and there is a potential for being absolutely buried in jargon and "mystery" that an unscrupulous sales person can introduce. Bryan and the whole group there made that as smooth and comfortable is it could have been.
We ended up designing her ring from scratch, and it is absolutely perfect. Both the design and craftsmanship was first rate. And, in that process and selecting the main diamond and other gems they consistently raised the tradeoffs I should be thinking about (i.e., "you should think if this is really a place to spend money...I don't think it will matter"). It is still going to be a relatively big bill, and it feels nice to know that I intelligently made choices to get to that final price. And, importantly, I have a fiance that is thrilled with the ring, and that is a direct result of investing in things that mattered, and not in things that didn't. Great experience.
And, beyond engagement rings, having got closer to Bryan through the process and learning about the intense trainings that Rolex has put him personally through, I will be going there for my time piece work and purchases (I even had them look at my Omega). They are my jeweler.
My girlfriend and I wandered into RF Moeller in Edina last summer to look at engagement rings, and she fell in love with one right away. The gentleman helping us was Bryan Moeller, and I could not be happier with the service we received. I wanted to surprise her with the ring when we traveled to Chicago and Bryan discretely helped me over the course of 9 months or so. He respected my budget and never pushed me to spend more than I was comfortable with, and was accommodating to my timetable. He really aimed for a balance between sparkle/quality and size for the diamond, and did not try to sell me the biggest or most expensive one in my price range. I never felt intimidated or talked down to by Bryan or any of the staff at the store. I would highly recommend RF Moeller and Bryan to anyone who asks, they are a classy operation and the customer service is second to none.
Go see David Miller at R.F. Moeller before you go to any other stores. Not only did I decide to do business with him in the end but his information saved me from making costly mistakes that other chain jewelers were more than eager to lead me towards. Their knowledge of their product exceeds my expectations and their willingness to work with you to find the right product for the right price brings great value to the process.
My husband and I were looking for a diamond ring. The man at Moellers, I can't remember his name, was very pushy. He didn't listen to what we wanted. He kept spouting things like why we should buy a diamond from Moellers, and how they don't really have competition, and blah blah. I don't think my husband or I hardly got a word in! When we got in our car, my husband and I just looked at each other and started laughing. It was an odd visit.
Your sales associate Bryan did a fine job selling me a couple of Rolex watches. I had some complicated issues and they were handled professionally. He called me last Saturday to look at the black dial Rolex Daytona. I really wasn't interested in the black face, but he stirred my curiosity. So I went over later that rainy Saturday morning.
When I got the watch on my wrist, it struck me in a good way. I said I should be buying one for my wife instead. He asked if I (we) had anything special coming up. And yes, it's our 20th anniversary at the end of the month. I did not buy on the spot and left, told him I'd call Monday. Got back to my office and decided to put together a suprise Vegas weekend at the Bellagio (her favorite) and present the two watches out there. One for me and one for her. Ended up I called Bryan back the same day (Saturday), got a price on the ladies watch, told him I'd bring a check for both the following Monday.. Awesome. I'm excited. Paid in full yesterday!!
Follow up, follow up, follow up.....One call can make a difference. This one did.
Hats off to Bryan. If you ever tire of him, send him my way.
Have a great day!!
Pros: Customer handling
Cons: none
My fiance and I were looking for wedding rings and Patrick (Nelson) guided as through the process, educating us in the finer points of jewelry in general. Once we've decided on a pair, he was such a pleasure to work with and very patient with our requests.
They have a very good selection of jewelry and offers a reasonable payment plan. We're definitely coming back for more!
