When we called yesterday to tell them they were billing the wrong insurance they were VERY defensive and rude. They were very short and curt, saying things like "are you getting the date?!" and "well I am NOT seeing you or your information in my system!" and other things off the cuff. We end the conversation with the agreement that she's going to call us back today when she talks to the right insurance agent. They don't call us back that day. Their phone demeanor was hosile and rude, and we're never going back again.

I highly recommend this clinic to you as a patient of his for several years and a frequent flyer at the clinic. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ilko and his staff. He always listens to what you have to say and provides high quality services. He maintains very friendly staff to help coordinate needs around the clinic. Dr. Ilko is excellent with prenatal to care for the entire family, young or old. I would go far as to say that he is brilliant for the many problems he has been able to quickly identify, resolve or provide referrals for further evaluation as needed. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but it is much worth it. He is the only doctor I know that will call in a script once he knows you and your situation after hours and save you a trip to urgent care or the ER. I hope he never retires.

Ilko Family Medicine Practice is a great clinic in Woodbury. The goal of the clinic is to make it feel like a small town doctor's office. Patients are usually able to get in at any time. Only once have I not been able to get in at the exact time I wanted. The clinic is all inclusive and they give excellent referrals. The staff are very friendly.
The only downside is the wait. Sometimes I've had to wait a while for my appointment to start, but I think that is pretty standard for most doctor's offices.
