Snotty staff. Unbelievable. I feel that they need a reminder that anyone who walks through the door to their business is a guest. A guest should be treated with manners, class, and a smile. Great products that will not receive my business due to their lack of common sense/courtesy. I suggest the owners take a deeper look at who they allow to represent their brand. I have a zero tolerance policy for bad attitudes; especially in a customer service position.

Cute stuff, but way overpriced. Like 500-1000% markup.

Sales staff is courteous and knowledgeable, but I'll never purchase here.

Heed the other reviews; things like all sales are final, if you want customer service - you'll get screwed.

Or just look up the business on bbb. org:
h t t p ://www.bbb. org/minnesota/business-reviews/jewelry-designers/lauer-enterprises-in-excelsior-mn-96093230

I wouldn't be surprised if the positive reviews here are written by the owner herself!

So they have tons of cute stuff at this store. It's ridiculously expensive, but occasionally it's worth it for a special event. I purchased a beautiful lacy top there which has a matching bottom. They didn't have the size I needed in the bottoms. I asked them to call the company to see if we could get the bottoms delivered to the store. Any special order- you have to purchase. Even if it doesn't end up working, you are stuck with it. Secondly, they have now not gotten back to me in over a week. Each time I call, the line goes directly to voice mail. And they still aren't calling me back.

I guess they don't really need my business... I will be avoiding this store from now on. It's not worth it.

Oh my goodness I love this store! My husband and I just gave birth to our third child...a little girl! After two boys, we are thrilled!

We were lucky enough to be able to purchase everything for our nursery at Oh Baby from the furniture to the bedding...even the take home from the hospital outfit.

Besides being thrilled with the product, we are thrilled with the girls who helped us. I love Oh Baby and my darling nursery because I got to help design it. Kaitlyn loves her crib and her soft sheets.

Just thought I'd write a review to share how happy I am. Go to OB, you will nto be disappointed!!!

If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give as a rating. I purchased everything for my nursery at Oh Baby and spent a total of $5,000. I bought three pieces of furniture and they charged me $200 PER PEICE (that's $600 total for shipping charges). I was sick about spending so much money, but I really did love the items I picked out. A few weeks later, I received a call from the store telling them my furniture was at the warehouse and I could call to arrange delivery. When I called them back, they told me that the $600 only covered delivery to their WAREHOUSE, not to my home. To get the item to my home, it would be another $150. $750 of delivery charges for $2500 worth of furniture. I called several times explaining that I wanted some sort of accomodation for the shipping charges so they would get sent to my home at no additional cost. She refused and now I will never shop at that store again. A woman business owner who will forgo future sales for a measly $150 is not a business owner I want to support. Go to Pottery Barn kids instead....you'll spend half the money and get much better service.

I was at the Oh Baby store this weekend and told one of the sales associates that I always come there when I want to get something special and to be treated special. They have such beautiful clothes and the store layout is amazingly cute. The recipients of the gifts I buy here also know they are special. I love this store and
the whole experience of shopping there and feeling like I have found the perfect outfit/gift.

Oh Baby! in the Galleria, Edina is the perfect children's boutique. After having 2 children of my own and always searching for trendy, couture clothing for infants and toddlers...this store has it all! We found the most adorable dresses for my daughter to wear this summer and we found this line of golf inspired apparel for boys that is exceptional! Oh Baby! has their own brand of infant clothing as well and I picked up a sweet 2-pc set with a matching hat for under $100 for an adorable baby shower gift. This is now our favorite store and we cannot wait to go back!

I don't know why this store has gotten a bunch of bad reviews. I personally love it.

It is definitely one of the more creative stores at the Galleria. They seem to put a lot of effort into presentation and quality, while I feel like some of the other Galleria stores rely on brand names in order to mark up prices and lack in presentation/quality. I definitely feel like I'm back in LA where there are always new, chic shops that have to compete with big names.

I just bought a baby shower gift at Oh Baby and it was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

Sometimes I go in just because it makes me happy. All of the gorgeus clothing, the fabulous displays, the handmade detail, those cute little shoes...love love love.
I was on a mission to buy something for my Godson, now 4, couldn't decide between the little golf group with the skull and cross golf club derby hat, shorts and the softest bamboo mod golf shirt and sweater or the brightly colored hoodie and surfer shorts from Eyespy. So I got them both along with sandals, sunglassses and a few Elmo books. He loves Elmo. I got him the handmade shirt here for Christmas and I had to buy another because my sister couldn't get it off of him to wash it. They grow up so fast.
I love to get everything here.
I wish they had that grey linen dress and those silver sandals in my size:)

I went into Oh Baby! for a newborn baby gift for my cousin. Not having any kids of my own, I was really not sure what to get. The adorable sales gal picked out a really cute pink onsie and matching hat. They even wrapped it up for me. It is super cute, but super expensive. :)

I adore Oh Baby! It is always my go-to baby store. I love the staff there, they are so sweet and always know exactly what I want, even if I don't!

I especially love the little outfits the owner makes. Every single one of the babies in my life has worn one at some point.

If you haven't visited OB (especially the new Galleria store), you are missing out on an amazing baby store. Nothing compares.

Oh Baby's new location is a great improvement over their old, crowded space. That said, their prices haven't improved. While I appreciate different, unique and well made clothes as much as the next guy, there are other local boutiques that sell different, uniqe and well made clothes in a more realistic price point. Oh, and some of these other places offer fantastic service and beautiful gift wrap to boot. My current fav is Edelweiss Baby in Maple Grove. Well worth the trip!!

As a single father looking for clothing for my daughter, I was uncertain of what to purchase; quality and style. I found the manager (Ann) very helpful and understanding of my needs. She made my shopping a wonderful experience with her expertise.

The new store is absolutely adorable! The owner put her heart into it and it shows w/ detail you'll not find anywhere. I'm a lover of boutique shopping for my children. I enjoy unique accessories and clothing but i have to warn you. BEWARE!! BELIEVE the previous posters on this store!! I will never shop here again. Sales staff is condescending & rude. Manager herself is the worst i've seen in this industry. She lacks ablilty to problem solve, make "right" a problematic situation and is downright combative.
So incredibly not worth the $$ or the stress when there are plenty of online stores selling the same products and many other well served boutiques in the city w/ the same offerings. Take your $$ elsewhere ladies!!
Good Luck in this economy, Oh BAby!

I have been to Oh Baby! several times and I am always pleased with the large selection of baby clothes and the one-of-a-kind items that they sell. The store is filled with great baby products and knowledgeable staff. I buy cute baby gifts for showers and my gifts are always the hit of the party. The items are expensive but not for the quality of product that you purchase. Ruffles, embroidery and hand-crafted details make this store the best in town.

I went to this boutique this weekend and found some adorable, well-made items for my newborn. Although some of the clothes and accessories are slightly expensive, I don't mind paying more for well constructed, hand-made items. This is a fantastic store!

Over priced clothing you can get just about anywhere else. Although cute and nicely decorated, the store is rife with staff that doesn't know what's up. When asked about a return, the store owner was rude and aloof. How do these people stay in business? Spend your money elsewhere. Very dissatisfied. Oh Baby is a OH NO.

I went into the store looking for quality baby clothing to give as a gift. I enter into this small store and get flocked to by two sales clerks. The first clerk had a rude attitude and the second clerk wouldn't leave my side. I tried to lose the 2nd clerk by walking around this store (that is smaller than my bathroom) but she keep just standing right next to my shoulder. The she showed me a cute little outfit and told me this hat came with the outfit and wouldn't leave me alone. So in order to get out of there I bought an outfit. As I was checking out I was interrupted by the fact that a lady from a previous transaction need more change because the shop clerk short changed her. Then when I was checking out nobody told me that all sales were final. And that fact wasn't printed anywhere. I get home and look at the baby outfit again and realize that I never received a hat. I then see on my receipt that all sales are final. Then I try to call and explain that I never got a hat with my outfit and the sales clerk, tells me that hats are separate. I tell her that had I known that, I wouldn't have bought the outfit. I tell her that I would like to return it. They stick with the company policy and offer to sell me a hat for 20$. I think this place is a rip off and the staff is poorly trained, ie. doesn't know what comes with their products and can't even make correct change. I would NEVER go back or recommend that anyone I know goes there.

I went into this store to buy a gift for a friend who just had a baby & also some fun new clothes for my 2 year old daughter & the service was terrible! As I entered the store I was looked up and down by 2 salespeople & not greeted warmly at all. As I dug through the clothes myself most items I was interested in they didn't have my size & when they finally did try to help they attempted to talk me into buying a smaller size saying "this style fits large" when I could look at it knowing it wasn't going to fit my daughter. They treated me like I couldn't afford what was in their store. Little did they know I had planned to spend some serious money there but not after I was treated so poorly. I do not understand why good customer service is so hard to find now days. The other issue with this store is it's impossible to get a stroller through it. I had to leave my daugther with my husband and go in by myself. Very tight space & for a children's store I find that so frustrating & just plain silly! I mean many Mom's shop with their children so I expect to be able to navigate through a store especially if it caters only to children! How is that even legal? What if someone in a wheelchair wanted to shop in this store???? They could never do it! Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything & don't plan on going back to this store. I will find another specialty children's store to spend my hard earned money at that actually has the customer service I would expect in such a store. I cannot understand how this store stays in business! Don't waste your time in this store no matter how cute some of the clothes may be.

I received a gift for my daughter for Christmas from here, and it was the wrong size. I went into the store, and special ordered the pair that I wanted. I have waited for over a month now, and I still have no product! I have called their store 5x's and I still yet have to get a return phone call, let alone my pair of shoes that have already been paid for! I have never experienced this poor of customer service from a retail store before! I will never shop here again! For a high end store, you would expect more!

Cute clothes. They really can be found several other places though. If you like playing the elitist snob game, then this is your place. If you spend enough money, they treat you somewhat courteously, otherwise forget it.

I'll admit it. My daughter is just about as spoiled as a baby gets. But let me clue you into something with this store.
The manager? Doesn't care one bit about customer service. People come into the store- drop $36.00 on a onesie, so she get's paid. (And really, that's what it's about.)
I went in there this afternoon to scope out the drama everyone is talking about with this little shop- the girl behind the desk, (Tall, Brown hair- maybe 18.) was BREAKING UP with her boyfriend as I perused the store. (And not very nicely.) $9.95 for ONE FREAKING HAIR CLIP? $20.00 for a pair of socks?
I would drop the $300.00 on a christening dress if it looked well-made. (They did not.)
Her prices are outrageous. The store is in shambles, (because really- digging through 10 outfits to get to the one on the bottom is fun.) It's disorganized, (it looked like a toddler had a foodfight out of lace and chenille.)
$109.00 for a freaking outfit with some sock monkey's on it? (Note: Go online- look up the '5 funky monkeys print') and applique them yourself for $5.00.
I sew, I know the time it takes to make something. I would never- (in my right mind,) charge $100.00 for a pair of overalls with a few appliques on them.
I was expecting to be entering a nicely decorated store, having a place to move my stroller, (We got stuck 4 different times.) I expected great customer service, (not someone breaking up with their boyfriend.)
The only nice thing I have to say? The other store employee offered me water for my daughter's bottle. (That gets a couple points.) That poor girl belongs in a better store.

It was awful. (And I thought I'd be excited to spend $20.00 on a pair of socks!)

Pros: Amazing assortment of ridiculously overpriced clothing- perfect for the moms who have money to burn.

Cons: Terrible customer service, cannot move anytype of large object around in the store - (Stroller, wheelchair.) Speaking of which? (How are those handicap codes cutting it there?)

.

The clothes at the store are cute and unique, but very overpriced. The manager at this store is by far the rudest, snootiest manager (and person for that matter) I have ever dealt with in my life! All the employees seemed *very* intimidated by her as she is very condenscending, even to store customers. She seems to charge outrageous prices for things just because she knows you can't find the things anywhere else locally until several months later. (Cribz at Galleria, down the hall, often carries many of the same things, and often for less.)

The manager talks down to you like you're an idiot for even the most reasonable questions (such as the timeframe of special orders, shipping cost, etc.). She makes you feel like they're the only retail store in existence and expects you to know everything that's going on. Very offensive and abrasive and just because of her alone, I refuse to shop there anymore.

Pros: Custom clothing, unique items

Cons: Terrible customer service, rude management, intimidated employees

It is true that Oh Baby has adorable clothes for babies and young children, but it ends there. Their prices are ridiculously overpriced. I have seen some of the same items at other local children's stores for substantially less. There is an attitude in the store that they are doing you a favor by selling you something.

PROS: Adorable Clothes for Babies & Young Children
CONS: Over-priced, Poor Customer Service

I used to buy most of my daughter's outfits at OH BABY! Each time I went in there the associates were snooty, and inexperienced. When I asked that they special order items, I had to persistently follow up with them or else I wouldn't receive feedback about the items availability. The outfits they carried started to not fit appropriately (my daughter is of normal proportions). The owner is also the biggest snot I have ever dealt with! I've had much better luck these days at other boutiques.

The service I got at Oh Baby at the Galeria was so laughable that I looked for the hidden camera. I seriously thought I was on the TV show "Boiling Point." The joke however was on me. I spent $5,000 on custom bedding and furniture at this store and pre-paid for it. What was I thinking?! The clothing I can understand buying. It is semi cute/semi tacky and great for a slighly trashy, impact gift. The most you will likely loose is $50-$100. If you read this and even consider purchasing the custom bedding and furniture at this store, then you are even more insane than me! A young thing with no experience came to my house and measured. Everything turned out wrong, very wrong. The furniture in particular was very poorly made and even damaged when delivered. The $1,200 a window curtains were 6 inches too short. The pull backs were the wrong color. The frame of the rocking chair had broken and punctured the $100+/yrd fabric. The entire order was 3 mo late. The most shocking however was the response of the owner/manager. She was short, cold, aloof and wildly unappologetic. I even asked her calmly if she would consider offering me an appology for all of the errors and delays. She defiantly refused to appologize. Who does that? Recently at a customer service seminar with a Fortune 500 company with whom I work, I was asked to share an example of the worst customer service. This was it hands down! What this owner/manager does not realize is that a simple recognition of understanding would have gone a long way. She created so much stress for me before having my first child. You do not need that! Avoid this store like the plague unless you want to indulge in some cheap thrill type kids clothes. The only light of this experience was the man that the store sent to fix the furniture. He was very skilled, kind and responsive and did his best to repair the cheaply made furniture & accesories. I got the sense he had had this experience before.
