Saturn Of Inver Grove

My salesman left the dealership about 3 days afer we purchased our new 2007 ION. I had to go in and ask for another contact person for any questions or problems that I may have. I got a new contact person.
It seems he ignored my email, then after 3 days, I finally got a hold of him on the phone. He gave me a excuse that "management" will have to O.K. what he tells me, because he was not my salesman. I got a few seconds message on my phone saying he won't send me a e-mail, and never answered all the questions.
You call that after sale customer service?

I've been taking my vehicle in this dealership for several years and they are always professional and courteous. They perform the job right the first time and timely. A dealer costs a bit more for quality maintenance, but this Saturn is worth it! I would highly recommend service here.

We just purchased a car from these guys, and i would have to say it was pretty good service. They tried hard to get us financed, and they offer nice packages on used vehicles. They offer a warranty on most of their used cars, which is good; especially since most dealers will not do this on an older used vehicle. They also do a thorough inspection of each vehicle.

Wonderful service with speedy oil changes and they are quick to assess what is wrong with your car and give and estimate. I have never seen coupons for the oil changes, but you always get a free car wash. The new waiting area is great for kids and adults with tv and coffee available.
