I think they did a really nice job with my goldendoodle. Other dog owners at the dog park that we frequent have been pleased with Royal Pet's work. My only complaint is that the atmosphere doesn't have a very positive vibe (maybe I was there too early and the groomers were still sleepy?) and the people who work there aren't super communicative. My dog seemed apprehensive/scared when I took her in the third time. I will take my dog back, but maybe not as frequently. Only because she looks so good when she is done and it's a good value.

I have been bringing my cats and dogs to Bonnie for years and they LOVE her. Especially great with my Persian boy. He looks so cute after a trip to Bonnie's and he smells wonderful. I have recommended Royal Pet to many friends and they were never disappointed.

I've been taking my pets to Royal Pet for over ten years. They've always done a great job! They can usually squeeze my pets in without too much trouble.
Did I mention that they can do unique pet haircuts? My Goldendoodle got a really great "lion" haircut and my cat got a "fauxhawk." They both looked amazing!
Bonnie and the rest of the staff are professional & competent. Royal Pet rocks!

I had never been before. I used to go to the large chain grooming locations and they did a good job, but didn't really listen to what I wanted. I have a rare breed and if you don't cut her right she looks ridiculous.
I tried this place based upon the web recommendations and I was very impressed. The owner listened to what I wanted and that is what I got. She treated my dog with kindness and respect. I got a full update when I picked her up on how the grooming went and some training items I could work on to make grooming easier for her.
I will be back again.

We have a mini dachshund who's nails were butchered by The Groomsmen in south Minneapolis. We have been unable to cut his nails because he freaks out so badly.
Royal Pet took us with no appointment and used a dremmel tool instead of clippers. He didn't whine once! They saved us! We will continue to use their services and recommend them to anyone with a pet that's afraid of nail trimming.

First timer to Royal Pet Beauty Shop and our dog looks great! We had some bad luck with his hair getting matted down to his skin, and Bonnie knew just what to do! Not only that, she treated our dog with care and compassion, as if it was her own.
I definitely recommend her services and the prices can't be beat. We had been going to another groomer that was charging us $65+ for a puppy shampoo and cut --- Royal Pet is reasonably priced. I'll be going back in a few months!

we've been taking our mini poodle to royal pet for almost 2 years and his haircuts have been better there than at any other grooming salon. we have tried two other places and the results weren't as good. royal pet staff understand that our little dude requires regular grooming so his hair doesn't get matted and they always cut his hair in a way that will last but will not render him hairless or humiliated. he seems happy to go there and never gets nervous or shaky, which is a bonus. they are great about working around owners' schedules and promptly phone us to announce when the haircut is finished. they are very patient with puppies, also. highly recommended!
