The website is completely atrocious, for starters.
It hurts my eyes to look at. There is no need for a brilliant blue background. Not to mention the stretched out logo.

I was in the store today and overheard a manager yelling at an employee because the employee wasn't carrying bags out to an old woman's car fast enough. It was -4 degrees today and I was just thankful that someone had offered to carry her groceries out for her.

The parking lot in the winter is awful. Pure ice and no salt or sand. For a grocery store that appeals to mainly elderly folk (since it's a local store), I would be concerned for my grandma's or any elder's safety.

I recommend going to Alexandria, to either Wal-mart or Pete's County Market. The prices are lower, the parking lots are cleaner and there is more variety.

Great stores!!!! The employees are EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and they will carry out your groceries in a heartbeat in both Glenwood and Starbuck. There is a wide variety of fresh produce and meat. The meat is packed fresh in the store and you can call to place an order for meat. I love their competitive prices and this week there is 1lb organic lettuce for 99 cents and the 5 ounce is 2 for a 1.00. I also love the deli and bakery. I can get 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast for only 1.19. Everyday the special changes.

I like shopping at Tom's Foodpride in Glenwood. The store is located right on the main drag, so it's easy to get to. They have a large parking lot with lots of room. The store is very clean and organized nicely. The prices are ok. It's a small town, so their prices a bit higher than the bigger city pricing. But having a grocery store in town is so convenient, making the higher prices not a big deal.

This store is always clean and sparkling. The workers are kind and courteous, and give service with a smile. The store has a large easy to use parking lot, and I love their weekly sales. They double coupons on Tuesdays, and have a large selection of products. They are open 7 days a week, which is a great thing for this small town.

this grocery store is ok. the worker's are vey nice, but the checkout area is very small. it would be great if there were carry out people. the tom's foodpride in starbuck is owned by the same person, and starbuck is a smaller town, yet the starbuck store has a carryout person to help load your grocery purchases into the car. i really think the glenwood store could use carryout people to make the shopping trip a bit more enjoyable for the customers.
