Very Reputable Place

A Caring Touch Massage is a good choice for Massage therapy. The therapist is very knowledgeable about your muscles and tries different techniques to assist you in recovery. You even receive hot stones during each session. My pain was alleviated and she always was good with different breathing exercises, as well as telling me to stretch before going to bed. The facility was very clean and private.

Best Massage Ever!

I found A Caring Touch through my health insurance company, as I can get a discounted rate. Boy am I happy I did! I have suffered back problems for 10 years and needed to find something to help relieve the pain, versus going to a doctor or chiropractor, or using constant medication. Treece really knows her stuff, and was able to work my muscles in a way that totally realigned my body and bring an end to some of the issues I was having. Her techniques have also helped with headaches. I would recommend her to anyone! I will continue to go on a somewhat regular basis, as I find this to be an important aspect of overall health.

Great Massage Therapist

I've been seeing Treece for nearly a year after searcing on City Search for a massage therapist in Saint Paul. When I started seeing her, I had knots and tension in my upper back and shoulders. At Treece's recommendation, I started visiting her every three weeks and we've gradually worked down to an every five week schedule. I feel absolutely amazing, have little to no tension in my upper back and, as Treece tells me, my body is far better aligned than it was a year ago. She's definately the best massage therapist I've ever visited.

Patrice gives a great Great Deep Tissue Massage

I'm writing this review on behalf of one of my patients, G.M. as he does not own a computer and asked if I could type for him. G.M. gets massages on a weekly basis from many different therapists. He had a therapist named Patrice for his massage and it was one of the best massages he has ever had. She was excellent at deep tissue work.

Best Massage

I have been going to Treece Kampmeyer for massage therapy for over two years. I was suffering from weekly migraines and under a lot of stress when I first visited her. Treece worked out a plan of therapy for me that helped release tension. She really listened to me and used this information in creating a customized massage that worked best for me. With regular massage and other stress reducing techniques that Treece taught me, I am almost migraine free. I always look forward to visiting A Caring Touch Massage, a warm and welcoming facility, because I can always count on a perfect massage and a 30, 60 or 90 minute "mini-vacation". I have referred friends to Treece and they are also extremely pleased with their massages.

Great Massage Therapist and a Beautiful Space!

I have been going to Treece Kampmeyer regularly for at least 7 years. She provides excellent massage and really listens to what I need. Whether I want a general full body massage, focused work on specific areas, or a little of both, she delivers. She has the strength to do wonderful deep tissue massage, and can also do more gentle relaxation massage. She combines different techniques such as trigger point, myofacial release, hot stone, cranio sacral, deep tissue, and Swedish depending on what I need. She has a beautiful space in the historic Ramsey Building with a heated, adjustable table. I refer friends and family members to Treece, and they all are happy with her work.
