World class service. I have been to many service stations, none of them compare to these guys. From the moment you enter there building to completing the work, this place rocks. The management team always takes the time to explain the repairs needed at that moment and what will need to be done in the future.
Very fair pricing. I recommend them strongly.
I brought my vehicle in to the shop on a Saturday. I had no appointment and was in bind. They not only got me a ride home, but had the vehicle back on the road in several hours. From the newly remodeled facility, cookies, coffee, to the very professional, and knowledgeable staff. This is by far the best experiance I have ever had at a repair center. They not only explained in detail what needed to be done, but why. I have recommened this place to all my friends and family.
Keep up the good work.
Congratulations!! This location is the best service center. We traveled from Indiana to St. Paul for a wedding, and had a fuel mishap with our diesel truck. We came into the this location Saturday morning and recieved the most professional and efficient service with our vehicle. The Store manager, service manager and technican went about the call of duty and stayed 30 minutes after the shop hours to ensure our vehicle was road ready for our 600 mile trip home. We were given a quote for the repair and it was exactly what we paid. We must admit your team at this location is GREAT!
Bravo to this company and your excellent team, Thank you.
Made a scheduled appointment for tires and canceled it a week in advance dure to additional work being done somewhere else (GM Shop - For a GM issue). The same tires were $75 cheaper and I could get it all done at one time. I was told I was a "Carshop Tool."
Great customer service....if you like feeling small and insignificant.
Avoid these tools!
Pros: Location
Cons: Condescending, arrogant
Paid over 900$ for a brake job on an 01 jetta, what a joke. Paid $50 for an oil change that I had a $18 coupon for. Apparently since the oil filter costs $1 more than normal the coupon is not valid. My $25 oil change (sans an $18 coupon that didn't work) ended up being $46 and change. What a joke. Don't waste your time and money.
Pros: they do the job
Cons: expect to pay 100-200% more than your job is worth
My experience with the people here was overall good. Staff was very personable and thorough.
I do have a problem with being charged $85 for a 2 mile tow only to find out that the cost of repair will be over $2,000. Any other incentive to help ease the cost of a $2,000 repair would have been helpful.
It also took no less than 3 hours to find out what was wrong, granted it was a big job but better communication along the way would have been nice.
Pros: Personable, thorough, cookies and coffee
Cons: Expensive, High Tow Cost
Whilst using my parents' M-Class, the coolant light came on and engine started to overheat. I opened the hood and found it leaking coolant.
Because the dealer had closed for the day and I was near the Woodbury BP, I decided to bring it here.
The friendly service advisor gave me a ride to a friend's in Woodbury, which I greatly appreciated.
Woodbury AutoCare quoted me $2,700. They wanted to replace the water pump, radiator, fan clutch and radiator hose.
I called Maplewood Imports Mercedes-Benz and had it towed there. The total repair cost with tax and towing at Mercedes-Benz: $1,172. Only the water pump and radiator hose was replaced.
Also, this business has a tow truck, but I was told that it is only for towing vehicles to Woodbury Autocare, not away from.
Pros: Friendly Service, Complimentary Cookies and Coffee
Cons: Over-zealously Wanted to Replace Major Parts
