When we arranged our anniversary party at our house everything seemed perfect except the kitchen sink started to leak. The water started to leak through the garbage disposal. The guests were supposed to arrive in an hour and we really dont know what to do. One of my friends who had arrived early referred them. I immediately called them and informed about our situation. They arrived in about 15 minutes and fixed it in 20 minutes and the whole party mood came back thanks to them

I like family run businesses, I think you get better customer service from them. Recently my husband tried to replace a toilet himself, after he realized that he was in over his head, I called Rascher. They came right out and used the parts that we had already purchased elsewhere and only charged us for labor. Other places I called first wanted to sell us parts. The repairman was very friendly and did not make my husband feel bad at all for messing it up!
