This review is based on my last visit. About a month ago my family and I headed to Perkin for a change of pace. We had always gone to Perkin's when we lived in the Twin Cities and had always enjoyed our experience. We were disappointed with the changes that have been made in the menus.
when we did get our food it wasn't all hot, some was cold. But the worse part was the taste. You can truely get better tasting food at McDonalds. This meal tasted like something that would have been served in the high school 20 years ago.
Case in point was my French Dip sandwich. There was 2 pieces of meat on the bun and the dipping sauce was hot but was like liquid fat. My husbands burger was burned and the kids' fries were soggy. Yes we complained but were basically told "to bad"
PROS: Location is easy to find
CONS: No taste to the food and poor customer service.
