Kowalski's does such a good job of having top quality food at OK prices. They were early leaders in having organic choices mixed in, and compared to the Lunds they are not too expensive. I love to shop there.

They've got lots of natural foods. The quality of produce is great. you feel as if you are in a store in a wealth area, but they have the best prices for the special foods. there is a very fresh soup and salad bar, or you can have a ready made sandwich on homemade bread. give it a try. My son has a lot of food allergies, and I'm able to find soy & wheat free products here easily.
