So I am usually pretty open-minded when I read a lot of reviews like this as I'm sure a lot of them are written out of spite for some reason. I moved in to my place and immediately found out why they would not let me see my unit before moving in (I only saw the models). The ceiling had no insulation and the floors squeak and shake. I had a running child above me that made it impossible to nap, sleep in, or just enjoy tv/movies. I highly recommend not living here! The office acts like they care and say they are helping but I have complained 4 times and asked to move either to another apt or out of the building but they will not let me. They told me they were working on things but have not gotten back to me in over a month. I will be leaving asap and I highly encourage any potential renters to either get a 3rd floor apt or DO NOT MOVE IN!

Pros: Great amenities

Cons: No insulation between floors

I rate this apartment as average... there are a few things that need improved upon to jusitfy the price and the label as a "luxury apartment". They are working on the problems progressively. There seems to be an on/off insect infestation of mostly ants in atleast 2 of the buildings. The doors are paper thin and limit privacy. If you like to listen to music without headphones, forget about it. I met the local police b/c the neighbor didn't like my music (only turned halfway on)... Many curry lovers live here and the hallways and elevators often reflect that pungent smell. The parking garage has very tiny spots with many cement hazards, so if you own a V-8 you'll come out with atleast one scratch by years end. Be careful for deceptive sales pitches. Make sure you actually see the exact unit you will be renting first. The new sales people in the office will screw you if you're not careful. They will screw you over by giving you the sh*tiest unit next to the elevator and trash chute with no balcony and a parking lot view. The new manager (metro-sexual guy who drives a jaguar) is the best guy to rent from. The community keeps to themselves. Management leaves you alone if you pay rent on time. Low crime safe area. In unit washer/dryer. Some units have already upgraded to these luxury features: (I suggest asking for them) - double paned windows that cut energy bills in half, deeper bath tubs, modern GE appliances, light colored bright carpets, full-size sliding mirror closet. They also built a new clubhouse and pool if actually care to use those things. Good luck and hope this helps in your research.
