I am very happy with the service from Miracle. I had hundreds of pictures and they were able to recover all of them after my hard drive was failing. I would strongly suggest them if you need your PC fixed.

I am very happy with their service. I was told by the geeks they would have to send my system off to repair the broken screen on my laptop. Miracle not only fixed it but I had it back the same day.

The new guy they hired only wants to sell an new computer to you as if he has no idea what he is going. I bought one of their new computers and it is slower than my old one. Wish I had fixed my old computer, but he told me the new one was faster. Do not deal with this guy. Make sure if you do deal with them, deal with the people that have been there the longest. The 2 young guy they have working there are pretty good, they have helped me but I am still stuck with a peace of crap purchased because this guy said it would be better.

We are a 3 computer family. And we've taken 2 computers here to get fixed with different things and it comes back worse than it was before. For example: We took one of ours in for something very minor. Once we got it home, our brand new monitor, only a month old, didn't work anymore. Then we took it back in to get that fixed and we got it back and something else had gone haywire. This happened a few more times until we took it to someone else to fix the whole thing. Our other computer was purchased from this place, this also quickly broke down and we took it into them to see what was wrong, they supposedly fixed it, but nothing worked, we took it to someone else and here when miracle computers had made it, they didn't put a large enough fan? in, so that all had to be redone.
I would not recommend taking your computer here, you will end up with more problems than you started with, it's not worth the time, hassle or money!

There are some buissinesses that go above and beyond what is expected, but this isnt one of them. the two men that own this computer repair store wont even stay five minutes later to finnish a computer.
