This business has been given a rating of 0 for swindling me twice. The people here took advantage of a disabled person two times & had kept trying to in between those two times when took car in for service. Because under the extended warranty I was strongly encouraged to buy under pressure,I had to bring car there for service. They sold me a car i did not want to buy & kept saying I would "not feel safe in it" . So why did they push me into a car I kept repeating "I would not feel safe in" without even a test drive. In order to get out of there i signed papers & they took my car which was better than perfectly fine & safe with snow tires. Car I drove out with slipped & slided everywhere there was either water or snow. I special ordered snow tires for it & still slipped & slid. So i dropped it off at another dealership out of this State & bought another car to feel safe in. They said it was a safe car & could not fix the slipping & sliding and that i would save alot of $ on gas---cuz i would "not be driving it when it snowed or rained" - they forgot to say. Unless you are a very special kind of person I would look elsewhere for a vehicle to get what you want when you want it. As, of course I was not able to go home to get checkbook, but instead was overdrawn on my credit cards to cost me even more. As they always would say "someone wants to buy this car". And i would respond..i did not care & was glad for that person. And never did i say i wanted to buy the car--but had to to get out of there. The Christmas cash was not produced either. With teary eyes I was told about loans they had to pay.!! I was supposed to care about their loans when they were giving me a "WHOPPER" one to pay for. Enuff...enuff.....
