I was 2 when my mom first brought me to this place. Of course I didn't eat anything, and I don't remember. But ever since, I've grown up eating here, the owned knows me by name (she is also the owner of Taste of Thailand). She brings me out free food every time I come!
It's easy to eat healthy and good food at Ruam Mit. This place will always be one of my all-time favorites.

Im a avid lover of different cuisines and particularly asian spicy foods. When we heard about this restaurant through my friend from Thailand we decided to check a weekday when the rates would be reasonable. When we entered the hotel we could smell the nice aroma that made me wonder if a part of thailand has been brought in. The tables were a bit tightly arranged but were very clean. The utensils were also looked new and the staff helped me in choosing the hotel speciality and we enjoyed the thai soup and curry more than we expected. After coming home this hotel was added to my "Can go again " hotel list.

PROS: Great taste and ambience
CONS: Tables were very near

I lived in Thailand for six months and when I returned back to Minnesota, all the Thai restaurants reminded me of the "McDonalds" of Thai food until I found Ruam Mit Thai Cafe. If you love real Thai food then this is the restaurant for you but even if you're not familiar with authentic Thai food, you will love this cuisine because it is enchanting for your taste buds. You'll find your car steering itself to St. Paul.

PROS: Food
CONS: Service can be hit and miss but that's authentic Thai too
