Great service! The jeweler is on site and able to assist. I've been to this store twice with items that needed repair (watch & rings) and both times Innsbruck was able to help me on the spot! I've had the same repair work done at other high-end stores that took them a week!! The staff is very helpful and not snooty in the slightest. I'll definitely be back!
I would highly recommend Innsbruck. I had lost the diamond out of my wedding ring and had a different jeweler replace the diamond/crown. What a mistake - I wish I had gone to Innsbruck - my ring broke after less than 2 years. I took it to Innsbruck because I had heard about how great they are and I couldn't be happier. They not only fixed my ring for 1/3 of the price the other jeweler quoted me but it looks better than I ever remember it. They are very friendly and professional. I have never reviewed a store before but I was so pleased with this business that I had to share my experience.
I used to go to the mall for jewelry gifts. It was always a "cold" experience. I happened upon this store and WOW! Like a family jeweler. Real nice people and they know their stuff. Highly recommended.
I've been going to Innsbruck jewelers for 27 years. Our family has gone there for all of their wedding rings. The staff is all great and they are all very helpful.

After Collin's and my last visit to Innsbruck's "wonderland" I felt a need to write my appreciation for their very special services--way beyond our original purchases. Ben is a true "gem" in bringing back to life our cherished keepsakes from years gone by. Most recently what he accomplished with my Dad's ragless ring (inherited from my grandfather) and restored it to its original (plus) beauty as well as fitting it to my finger! We were very delighted as we are every time we walk through Innsbruck's welcoming doors!

I've had my rings reset twice at Innsbruck Jewelers, excellent workmanship, so helpful in selecting the right settings. Most recently I brought some stones in to be reset and had a picture of what I wanted. Steve found the perfect setting, gave me a great price and best of all, had it done for me within just a few days when he heard I was going on vacation! Thanks!

It's so fun to watch Steve and his close knit staff get worked up over my Bling upgrades. Get on his mailing list for the humorous sale-event postcards. The avante guard billboards have been the talk of radio shows. I stopped going to the biggest outlets years ago.

I live in Tucson, AZ and during one of my travels to Minneapolis I discover Innbruck Jewelers. I love Steves designs and my fianc asked Steve to design my promised ring and my engagement ring, and a beautiful pearl necklace that I wore in my wedding. Whenever I get back to Minnesota I go to have Steve clean my rings.

nice established shop, good selection on site, but were very willing to help in custom my designs!! tons of experience, and very thorough in setting stones CORRECTLY!!! ( I've had issues with some other big chain stores work) There work is done onsite...... real quality, not quantity... very easy going...... Thanks Steve, for all you've done.....

I live in Maple Grove and I drive past many other jewelry stores to go to Innsbruck jewelers. Because I love all the beautiful sparkling jewelry and they always treat me like a special customer.

The jewelers sparkle just like all the display cases. Steve has designed rings and a necklace for me that continuously bring compliments even from complete strangers. All the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I recommend Innsbruck Jewelers highly to everyone. Remember to bring your rings in to get polished so you will sparkle for that special occasion!

Their jewelry is beautiful and has unbeatable quality. It is a lovely place to browse when you need your "jewelry fix"

I have always had a love for jewelry. I don't even feel dressed until I have all my jewelry on. I was never loyal to one store; but managed to shop them all! That was, until I went into Innsbruck Jewelers.
I think the first time I shopped there was about 6 years ago. I can honestly say I don't go to other jewelry stores anymore. I love their jewelry; it is unique and beautiful. I get more compliments on my things from there. I trust them and they have also become my friends. Many times I will just stop in to say Hi, but that is not to say I don't get something. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
All of the sales people are totally trustworthy and friendly. They have the highest quality of jewelry and give terrific service!
What a difference from the chain stores. These people know jewelry. It's nice to deal with professionals, unlike commission driven sales people with little experience. Check it out! It's quite a learning experience. Not all jewelry is the same.
Absolutely top quality jewelry and service. These people know how to treat their customers. They've been in business for like 30 years. I was told about how they know what they're talking about and it's true. Two of my friends got their wedding rings at Innsbruck. They sized my new ring right there while I waited. The owner Steve did it himself but other goldsmiths are there too. I will always get free ring polishing too. The whole experience was really good. BTW, that other review must be from a competitor.
