I hope that they start renting out houses because I don't hink i'm ever going to want to give up the landscaping they provide, the responsibilty of the building and its maintenance or the "Cheers" feeling I get when I go to teh office!

We have lived in the same building for 3 years. Management has been good/caring in the past. They keep the building looking good!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with At Home Apartments. I would highly recommend any of At Home Apartment's properties in the St. Paul area.

Our apartment is cozy and is in a great neighborhood. We feel safe raising our daughter here. My husband & I love living in St. Paul and plan on living with the At Home Apartments management for years to come.

My husband & I moved to Grand Ave in May, 2009. We loved the location, layout of the apartment and the cost of rent for a one bedroom! Then we found out we were pregnant and the At Home Apartment staff were more than accommodating. They

Small and cramped even by 1920's standards. Kitchens and bathrooms are outdated and poorly maintained. "Tiled" ceilings were cracked, sagging and showed water stains. Cheaply-made built-ins and other woodwork features were painted over--shouldn't be used as a selling point. Replaced light fixtures were pointed out as updates to rooms (?!) while other key elements like sinks, stoves, bathtubs, etc., that should be updated are in dire need of attention. Common areas were generally smelly. Little to no available off-street parking; prices for the rare spots are about $50 per month for apartments that are overpriced and offer little in amenities or charm.
