Matt Cardenas was an excellent salesperson. We reviewed vehicles online and found one specific vehicle and submitted an e-mail request to him. He immediately returned our e-mail and also contacted us via telephone. Given our distance 90 miles away and an impending snowstorm, he spoke with his supervisor and allowed us to put down a deposit on the vehicle until we could get to the dealership. He continued to stay in contact with us and had financing in place the day prior to our arrival. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and after a test drive we were able to complete the sale in 20 minutes. He also followed up after our purchase to ensure our satisfaction. In the future, we will begin our vehicle search with Mr. Cardenas and this Walser dealership. Dr. & Mrs. G., Mora, MN.

We had a horrible experience purchasing our vehicle from Walser Toyota which has been compounded by an inadequate response and lack of follow through by the staff.

The purchasing process took 6 hours over 2 days. We were told a key fob would cost $70 and then they changed the price to $300. The failed to register our car with the DMV within the two week period required. And, to top it all off, they made it clear that they didn't care.

In short, it is clear that Walser Toyota has a different definition of ??complete satisfaction? than we do.

Great company to deal with. My 3rd vehicle purchase since 2003. The sales rep Kevin Black was very professional. When vehicle was delivered he went through all the controls and said to call him if I had any questions. Walser beat the trade in by over $1000.00 over 2 other dealers. Great experience!!

Last year we had an excellent vehicle purchase with the Team at Walser BPG. We worked with Irv after meeting him during an earlier visit for maintenance on a different vehicle. We went in expecting a very bad deal based on our prior circumsances. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised.

We got not only a new vehicle, but an awesome deal in the process. Everyone that worked with us went above and beyond our expectations to create a very good relationship. As painful as the car buying experience is, this transaction could not have gone any smoother.

Long story short....I contacted Walser and serveral of the peers by via email early one morning listing the criteria of the vehicle I had been in search for. Honestly, I was tired of looking myself and simply wanted someone to go find the vehicle I wanted.

Within moments of sending my email off to Walser Bloomington, I received confirmation of receipt of my email and was assured someone would get to me shortly.

Before 8am that same morning, Jeff Schmidt contacted me to confirm details. Within that same hour, Jeff had already located the EXACT vehicle I was looking for, with a price I couldn't refuse. Trust me, I had done my homework and knew what the 2011 Terrains were going for and that they weren't exactly easy to find.

That afternoon, I had met with Jeff, test drove one they had one the lot and decided to go ahead and have the one Jeff located for me, (in Iowa) relocated to Minnesota. Within hours the dealer trade occurred and the exact vehicle I wanted, even in the color I had hoped was on it's way. Wow...that was easy!

Jeff Schmidt is a super great guy to work with. Easy going, not pushy and very knowledgeable. For that matter, the entire team at Walser was awesome to work with. From the finance guy, to the General Manager. Everyone was super courteous and helpful!

I assure you....when we are ready to buy our next vehicle, we will definately return to Walser Bloomington and ask for Jeff!

Funny thing is, I have still yet to hear from a few of the Dealerships I inquired with and the others missed the boat! , Got a VM from one that they had two Regal's available....what? I never expressed and interest in a Regal....and one other finally got back to me a week and 1/2 later. I do not understand how anyone can write a negative review of this dealership. I have been dealing with them for years and years and have had total satisfaction in every department ie: Mitch Greene in sales, Kevin Black in repairs and maintence, and Kelly as a mechanic. Quality of cars, maintenence, repairs and sales have all been the very best. I have bought many cars from many dealers in earlier times, but now would not even think of going anywhere else.

We bought a 2002 JEEP from this dealer with one owner out of NY and under 31K miles on it, CARFAX report supported this, seemed to be only used on weekends. Got it up on rack in garage 3rd day we owned it to install a towing package and the mechanic said the drive train looked 100 years old, mud up underneath, thought to be a flood car, rusted out junk. Luckily we were still with our 3 day return window, and we returned it.

I will never buy another car from this dealership again. We were given the run around with the final price after I told them we did not have our returning customer coupon. They gave me the price including the extra $250 off but when we went to pay for the car with outside financing we had to come up with the $250 because we did not have the coupon. I actually almost left. We had an appoinment but had to wait over two hours with a young child. That is unacceptable to me to wait that long during the week.
