I am a current resident. Rodents, Half-assed repairs, and a very underquailfied office staff. My security box on the outside of the building has been completely broken to all units for 3 months. Kitchen sink floods when ever the tentants in the units above me use there dish washer. everytime i sign a new lease my rent is increased. no sprinkler system at all. Security is a joke. A freind of mine who lived in another building came to my unit and unlock my door with his unit key. and mine worked on his. i would not recomend anybody to live here. major repairs and updates needed to complex.

Complex, (I bought a house) they were super Cool to give me a couple of Exta day's to clean, no hassle's so i would get back All my Deposit back, the Office did not Charge me Any additional cost, they were easy to work with, and after reading the positive comments, i wanted to add mine as well. thanks again, Scotland Green Cedar Management \r\n Hey, good job,reviewing this complex, I too Love the Area, and the Staff!, The Cedar Management has done a Outstanding Job!, right done to the Vending Company's, Office Personal, Care-Takers and Maintainence Tech who maintain the Buildings and Grounds.

Pros: Reasonable rent, walking path, security, laundry rooms are neat and clean, bldg. staff, parking, Basket ball court, , location, flowers, greenery,-grass/trees. picnic tables and barb-b-q grills,,

Cons: winters-plow more often, add with additional sand/salt more often, old wasing machines? and the price?$1.50 to wash/dry. garbage dumpsters should be dumped more often,

I currently live in Scotland Green Apt's ,i've been here now for 4 years and seen\r\nmany , many Positive Changes in the Bldg's and Grounds, With a Fairly New Management company and facing many Different Challenges on a Daily basis, Handling Noise Complaints to Maintenance Issue's and always handling serious Issues at Hand.\r\nWith today's Date, the Bldg's are old, they have and Need a well ""Trained Staff"" to Maintain them, A Surplus Funding to Replace Out-of-Date Appliance's in each Unit as well as the Boilers, Lighting in the Bldg's.\r\nEach Year i have seen Positive Changes in the Conditions in the Bldg's and Grounds to make this a Very Good Place to live, this is a Security Bldg Complex, with security Laundry rooms, 24 Hour a Day ""on call"" Care-taker/Maintenance Staff to Handle Issues at hand.\r\nWith Green Grounds, Walking Path, BasketBall/Tennis Crt, Picnic/Grill area i can foresee a bigger Play Ground for the Children who live here in the Near Future.

Pros: CARE-TAKERS , MAINTENANCE TECH'S ,, NEWER APPL., BUILDING UPDATES , 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE STAFF ""ON CALL""

Cons: WITH (11) BUILDINGS ON SIGHT THERE SHOULD BE (1) PER BLDG TO KEEP THEM CLEANER, SAFER,- LAUNDRY MACHINES SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH NEW. VS. TRYING TO FIX THEM-COST EFFECTIVE IN THE LONG RUN

I have encountered few apartments with ruder management. Repeated requests for mainteneance go unheeded. A number of people have complained of pests and are told it is ""their problem"". One renter was in the hospital for two weeks and called to make payment arrangements and was told it was OK as long as late fees were paid. They received a letter shortly thereafter saying they had two days to pay or be evicted. The day after the letter, they received a phone call from management saying that ""if we don't have your rent by 5 PM today you need to get the f*** out of our aparments by 8 AM tomorrow"", ""we are not a f***ing bank"" and ""I have bigger problems than you being in the hospital. Give us our money"".\r\n\r\nStay away!!
