Brought my BWM X5 in to have $2,000 worth of work done.

Pros:
1. They only charged half of what the BMW dealership quoted me.
2. Really nice folks work there.

Cons:
1. They told me a BMW Certified mechanic would work on my X5 and it was mentioned when I called them for a quote. Then it was mentioned again the morning I dropped it off. The BMW certified guy started the job and it was handed over to another guy that was not certified by BMW.
2. They told me it would take 2 days. It took 4 days. To their credit they were nice enough to pay for the rental car for the extra two days.
3. My brand new tan rubber floor mats were very greasy when they finished.

Bottom line: they saved me $2,000 dollars, but I would have been really impressed if it had really taken two days, and had actually been completed (beginning to end) by a certified BMW mechanic as I was promised.

Final detail: their warranty on this site says 18 months or 18,000 miles. The invoice says 12 months or 12,000 miles - they verbally confirmed it. It felt mislead to learn that I am actually getting 66% of the warranty I had expected on the work.

I brought my Volvo to Uptown Imports for a second opinion on a bad diagnosis from another shop. Matt was very upfront about the probability of finding the same thing. He was careful to take his time with me and my experience with the car, rather than working off the previous diagnosis only.
At the end of the day, he confirmed that I had an incredibly expensive repair ahead of me and helped me talk through a difficult decision. I ended up getting rid of that particular Volvo... but I bought another one. And when this Volvo needs service, there is only one shop in the city that I'll take it to. Thank, guys!

Uptown Imports is the friendliest car service I have encountered. I'm from a small town and didn't expect the extent of personal customer service that Uptown Imports provides. They explain what may need to be done and why. They get it done efficiently and I am reassured that I am safe when I drive my car.

i asked the techs about a price to change change out JUST fluids in my import (oil, diff, tranny) and when i was told just the oil was almost $80, i thought i didn't need to go any further with these guys. Yes, they are cheaper than MB and BMW dealerships, but not by much. do more research and you can find at least 2-3 more mechanics less than a mile from these guys.

We have been looking for a new auto repair shop that we can trust since moving to the Twin Cities, and Uptown Imports fits the bill. Reasonable prices and helpful staff, especially when they explain exactly what needs to be done and why. The location in Uptown is conveniently close to bus lines, the Greenway, and an Enterprise.

I have nothing but good to say about the service I received from these guys. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with an import that's in need of Maintenance or a repair. They were able to get it in and out in one day and my Advisor, Matt even offered to come in on his day off to meet me so I could pick up my car.

I have a 2006 VW passat and think it has some very lemon-like qualities. I've taken it to the VW dealership multiple times for various problems and have had mixed results with the work outcome. \r\n\r\nFrom that frustration I've tried Uptown Imports for the first time and found it to be a very good experience. I had a door latch sensor issue they fixed slightly below estimate and they fixed it quickly and professionally. \r\n\r\nI grew up in an auto repair shop and know too much, which can make me a very skeptical customer. I was impressed when I asked some business quality questions and got very good answers. They have a clean shop, and the right diagnostic tools needed for better foreign cars which is critical. I feel they are really good and fair mechanics and I plan on getting all my future work done there. \r\n\r\nFinally a shop I look forward to going to in the future!

I found this mechanic from google. By looking at the ratings and comments I thought they are reliable but I think most of these comments do not reflect their reliability. Here is my experience. My passenger side low beam headlight was not working. They said that the bulb was burned and then they replaced it. Later they told me that they charged $67 for it. I insisted to know how much they charged for the equipment and the labor separately but they did not want to tell. They kept telling me that they do not charge them separately. After I paid, I saw in the service invoice that they charge $20 for the bulb and $47 for the labor which is overpriced for replacing a bulb and explains why they did not want to tell me at the first place. As a comparison I also would like to tell that they quoted $17 for replacing the bulb including the bulb in another mechanic. I strongly not recommend this mechanic and believe most of the comments here do not reflect the reality.

Uptown Imports has been my only repair shop for 15 years. They are great to work and and their car care club is the best deal in town. I pay for my oil changes once a year and they take care of monitoring all the item I should have done vs. need to have done today. It's nice to be able to say with confidence that you completely trust your mechanics and have years of history to back up your belief.

This is what you want in a neighborhood shop. Ex big store mechanics who venture out on their own and land near Lake and Lyndale. Honest, fair and most importantly, top notch wrenches. I won't go anywhere else.

Uptown imports is my new shop. Honest, quality service at a fair price. From the free gift and white cloth towels in the rest room, to the computer printed invoice with color coded maintenance schedule, uptown imports rocks. I highly recommend!

John runs a terrific business. My car wouldn't start so they came to my house to jump it, and when that didn't work they towed it and took care of replacing my battery and getting my car running all when I was at work. They also spent about 7 hours working on electrical problems on my car, and I am very confident that my car is fixed and won't have any more problems starting.

Pros: very helpful, great mechanics, great owner, know their stuff

Cons: expensive

This place rocks. They get the job done on time and really enjoy all things cars. The people that work here live and breathe this stuff, and they do a great job of explaining it to those of us who don't. \r\n\r\nUptown Imports is more expensive than places like Precision Tune--but I've never found a big puddle of oil under my car in sub-zero temperatures after going to Uptown Imports, either!

Uptown Imports helped me when no one else would. I had had a problem with my 2005 Volvo that had some issues. After taking it to two other shops, and getting nowhere because they did not want to touch a car that had hail damage. It was damaged goods to them. \nUptown Imports stepped up to the plate and helped me get my Volvo running again at minimal expense. This was done because they have some of the best people in town working for them, and under the right leader (John Shanderuk) who supply's them with the latest equipment and tools. Thanks Guys, your the best!\nJeff\n

I am use to taking my car into a dealership for repairs, but with the current economy paying those heavy dealer service prices don?t work into the budget anymore. As a woman who has no experience with cars, I found it to be very challenging to find the right repair shop. I decided to do a search on citysearch for a reliable and affordable repair shop. That?s where I found uptownimports, voted one of the best in my local area. After clicking through their website I was very impressed with their 0% interest and 90 day financing for all available major or minor repairs. I was also taken back by how much this repair shop can actually do, for they can do everything and more then my local car dealership could do. I decided that I should call for an appointment, and was transferred to a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Within the next few days all of my repairs were done for a fraction of the price I normally pay. I highly recommend going to Uptown Imports; you will not be disappointed by their knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, and overall quality of work. \n\nAmy Willingham\nMinneapolis, MN\n

Pros: Fast and easy service

Cons: Only one location

I found out about Uptown Imports through citysearch and all the ""great reviews"". But my experience was quite the opposite. I brought my car in because the airbag light was on, the power windows weren't working, and the gears were slipping occasionally. \r\nIt was to my understanding that the mechanics would take a look at my car and give a rough estimate of what needed to be fixed, along with their quotes. I talked to someone on the phone who recorded my contact information incorrectly, so they were ""unable"" to get back to me the following day with the estimates until I called them. John, the owner, told me he still didn't have the numbers for me, but would let me know the next day. I still didn't hear from him, so again, contacted him at the end of that work day. John estimated $2500 worth of repairs. The real kicker is that they charged me over $200 for the diagnostic work. ($32 for ""extensively driving"" the car around the block). Their website advertised FREE ESTIMATES. $206 is not free. \r\n\r\nI called John the following day to ask for my car to be ready to be picked up so I could bring it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. John interrogated me, asking what, where, and why I would think of taking it somewhere else, and mocked the other business for being a small. He told me if I was just looking for a cheap job, then my decision to leave was good. \r\n\r\nWhen I stopped back to pick up my car, John demanded the several hundred dollars for diagnosing (comparing himself to a doctor), and THEN asked me to sign the paper giving him my permission to work on my car- to figure out the problem. THAT CONVERSATION AND DOCUMENTATION SHOULD HAVE COME BEFORE HE DID $200 WORTH OF DIAGNOSTIC WORK!!! \r\n\r\nWhen I found my car in the lot, the power windows were stuck down... I had to return to the office and ask for them to put them up, where they originally were. Over a half hour later, I drove off, $200 poorer, and with nothing fixed.\r\n\r\nP.S. The second opinion mechanic estimated my repairs $1000 CHEAPER than John, the great. \r\n\r\nDO NOT GET RIPPED OFF HERE, LIKE I DID!!

Rarely do I get service good enough to take the time to write a review. It just doesn?t happen much anymore. I felt completely at ease with this auto repair shop from the first phone call until I picked up the car. The gentlemen that picked up the phone was friendly, answered all my questions so that I understood the answers and invited me to stop by for a free estimate. As a single woman, I rarely have felt comfortable with car repairs. They have a wide variety of services as well. It was a wonderful experience, and I tell all my friends about it. Check out their website for yourself.

These guys were SOOOO helpful. I stopped in yesterday after my car overheated and coolant was running out of my car faster than I could put it in. I just leaving MN and on my way to M, with my car packed, I for my move out of the state. They were extremely accommodating, they fixed my car the same day and were very nice and helpful with everything. When fixing my car they kept me in the loop of everything that was going on and what they were doing, along with why each fix was made. I really appreciate their service and would recommend them to anyone anytime.

I brought my Volvo to Uptown Imports after the dealer charged me an arm and a leg for ""standard maintenance"", which supposedly included a full vehicle inspection. After picking my car up from the dealer and driving less than 10 miles, the car went nuts and flashed all sorts of crazy warning messages related to the electrical system and voltage. Uptown figured out the problem, repaired it at a reasonable price, and then went above and beyond by creatively (an inexpensively) solving a leaky differential problem that, wait for it...*gasp* the dealer failed to correctly identify. I'm done with the dealer for good and will be loyal to Uptown from now on!\n\n

Pros: knowledgeable, reliable, and take the time for customers

Cons: small shop - need an appointment & no weekend hours

I brought my 318 into the shop to get my cooling system inspected. Uptown Imports clearly described what was included in the inspection. They thoroughly inspected the cooling system and diagnosed the problems. In addition, they recommended other preventive repairs. I will continue to bring my cars into the shop.

Friend recommended them and glad I went there... fixed my problem and advised me on the extensive list of things I should watch out for on the P.O.S. I brought in. But NO pressure to fix anything, just advice. Really fast repair, friendly and the receptionist was very sweet. The next day I THought I had a problem with the car, but the tow company they recommend in their closed hours message was helpful - it was just some corrosion on my battery connectors - good people know good people. Too a total lifesaver to include that info in their phone message. A consideration that is overlooked by other auto shops. I am sorry I doubted the repair job for a minute. The POS is running great and I am definitely going back. I did fail to check the bathroom out... next time, I suppose. Thanks guys!

I had my car towed to Uptown Imports after another auto shop made multiple mistakes. Uptown had to figure out how to get my car started (it had been running fine) and then repair the original problem. They kept me informed every step of the way, returned my calls promptly, and they delivered my car in great shape at a very reasonable price. Their mechanics are trustworthy and down to earth.

I've never had a problem with uptown imports. Not only have I never had a problem, using Uptown Imports is positive experience, one hard to come by when you're getting something fixed. They've been great from the beginning and the reliability of my car has increased since I've started using them. They're very honest and will tell you what needs to be fixed, what should be fixed, and what is on the radar for possible future issues. I would never trust my import to another garage, including a stealership. If you haven't considered Uptown Imports, you've made a huge mistake, unless you like the other guys lying to you and taking your money.

Pros: Honesty, Professionalism

I have always wanted to find a shop that made me feel like I was not being taken advantage of and I believe I have finally found it. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The owner is very personable and seems very devoted to his shop. The mechanics did great work to replace my rotors and brakes on a ?03 Maximum and went above and beyond to get the lug nuts off, which need a special adapter. This was a task in itself since another shop I got tires at apparently took my adapter. But they managed to get them off and replaced them with standard lug nuts. Thanks for all of your honest and hard work. I will definitely be back for future repairs.

I recently bought a 1999 Saab 9-5 from an auto dealership in Wayzata. Until recently it both ran and looked great. Then and rattling noise and some shaking by the motor started and gave me great cause for concern. I proceeded to bring it to where I've been bringing my cars for years for repair only to get a response of 'no idea where the rattlings coming from'. Then after some research on the internet I found Uptown Imports who saved the day. After being in the shop a short while-they discovered the serpintene belt in the Saab was the wrong sized belt. Installing the right one corrected the problem and the car sounds and drives better than the day I bought it. I have to apologize for all the calls I made to the shop to find out what was happening with my car, but each time they were more than happy to come to the phone and explain what they were doing, what needed to be done, how long it'll take, and etc. Thanks alot to John and everyone at Uptown Imports. I found a new place to bring my car for repairs from now on.

I have a 1993 Honda Civic that loves Uptown Imports :) My car was broken into and my car's computer was stolen. John and Steve were able to find me a used computer fast. Everyone that I talked to at Uptown seemed so understanding and that they actually cared . I will recommend Uptown Imports, and am sure to be back again. \r\n\r\nOh yeah, they also gave me a stainless steel coffee cup and a keychain, sweeet!

Ladies (and Gentlemen) - turn your car woes over to the guys who really care! Ran into a pothole (looked more like a crater) at 7am on a wintry day and blew a tire? John will have you back on the road in 2 hours. After parking your car (at a goofy angle, I admit it), you can't get the key out of the ignition? A call to Steve solves that problem pronto - turn the wheel left and right to release the key - who knew? Uptown Imports is ALWAYS there for you when things go wrong at the wrong time. I am so lucky to have found them and you will be too.

Over the years I've brought my cars to different shops for different reasons but I've been consistently impressed with the quality of service at Uptown Imports. First of all the facility is equipped with the latest technology necessary to service modern vehicles. Just as important is Johns attention to detail. He goes to great lengths to make sure the repairs are done to the highest of standards. If there is any question about the quality of a part he will do the research required to make sure that the best parts are used to make a lasting repair. I've learned this by having extensive repair work done on my Audi at a cheaper price only to have it fail prematurely and having to pay to have it done again.\r\nThe fact that the bathroom is nice and the customer service area is pleasant and the staff is informative and friendly is just a side effect of a well run operation.\r\nI also appreciate my car being clean when I pick it up.

After suffering through multiple major repairs on my 2001 Saab 9-5 at other\r\n""Repair Shops"", I was forced into searching for a professional, reputable repair facility. I\r\nspoke to friends, family and even went so far as to ask a technician at the Saab dealer if he\r\nhad any suggestions as to where I might find someone that did high quality work for a\r\nreasonable price? When the Saab technician pulled me aside and said that ""Uptown\r\nImports will take care of you"", I made the call.\r\nIn January of this year my 17 year old daughter was driving my Saab (I'm sure\r\nwith kid gloves) down 394 at an undetermined speed when the engine was blown. I live\r\nwest of the metro, so I had a shop in Mayer, MN locate a used motor with 35K miles and\r\nthey installed it for a total of $6200. Shortly after the 30day warranty expired it began to\r\nleak oil. The leak worsened and I returned to the scene of the crime. I was told I shouldn't\r\nhave bought a used engine. Not quite the answer I was looking for. My search mentioned\r\nearlier began.\r\nI was greeted on the phone by Steve and treated more professionally than I am at\r\nmy doctor's office. He thoroughly explained what they would do to diagnose the problem\r\nand said they would contact me as soon as they knew what the best plan of attack would\r\nbe. He followed through exactly as stated and I was given a quote over the phone which\r\nthey stood by. In each and every instance John and Steve have done exemplary work on\r\nmy Saab and I have nothing but praise for Uptown Imports! I have been in sales for over\r\ntwenty years and consider myself to be driven to exceed all of my customer's\r\nexpectations; it is for this reason that I also have very high expectations when it comes to\r\nreceiving service of any type. Uptown Imports has exceeded those very high expectations\r\non every visit regardless of the complexity, and it is for this reason that I am writing this\r\nin praise and my highest recommendation!

I'd neglected my 30k tune-up on my 05 Corolla for way too long and my car was starting to feel rough. At the time I was living in Los Angeles, about to move to MN. Having dealt with mechanics in LA for so long and having gotten screwed over by every one, I decided to wait until I got here to get my car checked. Found Uptown Imports here and checked them out.\r\n\r\nI talked to John over the phone, who took a time out of his day to talk to me about his shop, the services they offered, the costs I'd be looking at. I knew what to expect going in. I dropped the car off overnight. I was able to pick it up the next day, faster than I was expecting. \r\n\r\nJohn walked me through everything they'd done, and I was impressed right away by the fact that he'd actually passed up the opportunity to do things he'd sold me on over the phone, because my car didn't need them. He knew that I didn't know what the hell I was doing, he could've sold me on twice as much work, but he was honest. Maybe living in LA for so long had turned me into a hardened cynic that expected to get ripped off, but Uptown Imports was able to actually instill a sense of trust into my blackened heart.\r\n\r\nTo top it all off, it was far cheaper than I thought it'd be. My girlfriend also has an 05 Corolla and she'd gotten it serviced at a dealer in LA. The dealership had done less work than John had done for me, and their bill was twice as high. Anyone saying that Uptown doesn't offer competitive fair pricing is out of their mind.\r\n\r\nThe guy who left a comment below me along with his two-star rating is obviously one of those. To complain, on an $1800 bill, that a water pump was $20 more than it would've been if he'd bought a cheap one himself? That's insane. There's a certain type of person that will never be satisfied, who will nitpick for hours in order to save pennies, who expects a meal out to cost as much as a meal at home - sadly some of those people are on Citysearch.\r\n\r\nBelieve the hype, this place is awesome.

I took my car in to get a newly noticed leak and general stuff looked at. They found $1800 worth to work on--none of it unneeded (except perhaps for a valve cover gasket replacement--it might just need tightening). They wanted $208 for new spark plugs and an air filter - DIY for $20 and 10 minutes! I rejected $800 worth and trusted them with the big one - new cam seals, plus a new fuel filter.\r\n\r\nTo get at the seals, they have to take off the timing belt. Best practice is to go ahead and replace it and the water pump if it's about that time (why pay again in 6 months?). They did offer this, but their claim that ""It doesn't matter to us if we put the old ones back on or put in new ones"" is dishonest, because they severely mark up their parts.\r\n\r\nThey charged $72.66 for a new water pump. When I asked where they found a $72 water pump, Steve said, ""What do you mean?"" When I mentioned that all the ones I'd looked at were under $40, he asked if they were remanufactured (NO! NEW and RETAIL) rather than owning up to the markup. They charged $170 total for individual parts to the timing belt that you can get for $100 in a kit. Fuel filter: $41.18, should be $25.\r\n\r\n$81.08 for ""Shop Supplies"" fees! $10-$20 is reasonable, $81 is ridiculous.\r\n\r\n$43.69 for an inspection that is GUARANTEED to find something wrong, even if you pay for the work!\r\n\r\nAll told, I paid nearly $250 in overcharges--roughly 25% of my bill!\r\n\r\nThey also guaranteed that my car would be ready a day before it was. I made it clear that it had to be done on time before agreeing to the work (which could have waited). When I complained to John on the phone about the car not being done on time, he said he wasn't aware that they had planned on getting it done that day (Steve took the day off). I reminded him I needed the car for a trip, and he said, ""I'm aware of that,"" and hung up abruptly. The delay severely hampered my ability to prepare for my trip--the whole reason I brought it in!

Pros: Repairs were in fact needed

Cons: Dishonest on pricing, not timely.

...give them friendly, relaxed, skilled, and honest service at a fair price. These folks are pros. I have no grand tale to share, as in some of these reviews, but what I can share is- the quality of service and professionalism demonstrated by John, Steve, and the rest of the crew at Uptown Imports has insured my return business. Thanks again guys.

I realize that these guys have many good reviews, and that's why I took my car to them to get fixed. I took my car there initially to get my radiator flushed. They found I had an oil leak and didn't do the flush (which is good on their part) because I would have just been in the same place the next time I drove it. I agreed to get the oil leak repaired, which they told me would take 3 days at the longest. It ended up being 2 weeks. It was a huge inconvenience and cost me money to find other transportation (ended up renting a car). I kept calling, and they would give me excuses like they ordered the wrong part, it should be done by tomorrow....When it finally was done, I drove around for a while, then checked everything. My coolant was still sludged with oil and my oil level was down. Hmmm? I thought, What in the world did they actually do? It was over $2500 to ""repair"" it and now seemed as though they did nothing. I called there and they told me to bring it back. They said I would still be seeing sludge for a while because I had so much they couldn't get it all out. They also did some more probing and found 2 additional leaks, which they could fix for an extra $800 or so. Why did they let me drive away thinking my car was repaired when I had 2 additional leaks? Why didn't they tell me that I would still be seeing sludge? For as much time as they ended up keeping my car and as much money that I spent there, my car should have came back to me in complete working order. It wasn't. I won't go back to them, no matter how nice their bathroom is, or how friendly the people there seem.

Pros: great bathroom......

Cons: how and when they fix your car

This guys did a great job on my car, which was a big ol' mess and barely running when I dropped it off at their shop. My take on them is that they are the guys to go to when you really want it done right and don't want to mess around. It's a nice shop, with a pleasant waiting room, good magazines, and even a nice bathroom with fancy soap :) UI was very fairly priced for the level of expertise and thoroughness that went into their work. I had major issues going on and they got to the bottom of each one, and now I feel good driving around, whereas a lot of times leaving a shop I am waiting for something else to go wrong b/c I don't quite feel they fixed it all. My truck is running great. Plus they are just all-around nice guys. For the big stuff or anything of any importance I will definitely go back to Uptown Imports.

Again, I love these guys. They take the time to explain what is wrong with your car and how they're going to fix it-and then they don't make you feel stupid for having no idea what they just said. Fair prices and quick service. I'm a customer for life.

theres not enough i could say about the great guys at uptown imports but i will keep it short . these guys really saved my butt , and my money. i recently depleated my savings on a 97 subaru outback .to my dismay aweek into driving it it started giving me problems.i took it into my nieghborhood garage and after a spendy diagnostics test the outlook was not good they were very vague and said it was a mechanical problem which would cost more than what i paid for the vehicle.before i took up legal action with the previous owner ,unable to pay for the repair i decided to get a second opinion ,so i brought it into uptown and had jon take a look at it . after giving me a play by play look at the problem .he fixed it for a fraction of the previous quote plus a small list of things that would help in the future.i have two words for uptown imports , competent & fair. theres a reason there city pages best . thanks guys.

With years in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry, I have finally found a repair shop with all the ""bells and whistles"". I highly recommend Uptown Imports!! Everyone here is friendly and they know what's going on! Each repair is scrutinized by the tech...I always leave a completely satisfied customer! AW.

During on of the coldest weeks of the year, I had my Audi towed to Uptown Imports with various problems. John and company provided superior service, friendly advice, and simple honesty. I felt extremely comfortable with my vehicle in their hands. I will no longer take my car to the dealership or one of those Tires Plus genre stores. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to fix their car. Expect to be treated well.\r\n\r\n-Mike F.

I have a 1999 BMW that I took to a different mechanic who gave me a diagnosis and estimate that I was unsure about. I called Uptown Imports and spoke with John who spent a half an hour on the phone with me helping me understand in layman's terms exactly what was wrong with my car and why I should go ahead with the repairs that the other mechanic had recommended. The amazing thing about this experience is that John had absolutely nothing to gain by giving me the advice that he did -- since he essentially advised me that the other mechanic knew what they were doing. John impressed me with his knowledge and his honesty. I think Uptown Imports is a place that knows what they're doing and can be trusted and, most of all, cares about helping people, whether they are a potential customer or not -- and that is hard to find in an auto mechanic these days. I would highly recommend Uptown Imports.

The blower in my 2002 Saab stopped working on the day we got a foot of snow. Since I didn't feel like making the trek to the Saab dealership in the snow, I decided to try Uptown Imports. They are in my neighborhood and I'd heard good things about them. They were able to get me in the very next morning, and actually finished my car that same day. They even stayed past closing to finish up so that I wouldn't be without my car all weekend. John and Steve really took the time to explain the repair to me and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending Uptown Imports to all of my friends.

Uptown Imports is a great all-around shop. They've always done a great job on repairs, but that's to be expected. They really shine in their inspections and in working with insurers. The car care club card (the name is something like that) get's you a really great deal- a year's worth of inspections and oil changes and discounts for $100. You get a good discount and they get a loyal customer. It's really solid. And they really work hard to get warranty companies to pay up what they owe. I can't recommend Uptown Imports enough. They're good people and do a solid job. Membership is money very well spent.

The guys at Uptown Imports are great. Friendly and take their work seriously. I have taken my Volvo there a number of times. The best thing is that they want to make things right. When I had a lingering problem, they worked hard to make it right and were very fair in what they charged me. I highly recommend them.

Uptown imports did a great job of rescuing me and my mercedes with helpful advice over the phone and great service in the shop. John went to the great lengths of staying after hours to finish the work on my car so I could get back on the road to Montana. I have already recommended this shop to my friends for their volvo.\r\nNice work. Dsummit 1981 Mercedes 300TD
