Very poor service: Avoid

Signed up using the internet service scheduler. Received no information on when the car should be available for pick up on a drop off. The escheduler does not provide a phone number to the place, so you have to somehow find a number. Also, the scheuler site does not provide payment information and I never received a call when the work was completed. When I thought of calling at 6:02p.m. on a Friday, I learned the store closes it 6 and no one would pick up the phone though they were undoubedly still there. Service is closed on Saturday. I recommend going somewhere else.
Cons: Service is an issue.

They need to pay more attention

Once i went for a simple oil change and was first in line, I told them i use synthetic oil and was told they would be done in 10 to 15 min, after 5 min the guy walks in and says they have to get the oil from an supplier near by and it would take a 1/2 hour just to get it., i said that i would have to come back at another time because i was on a lunch break from work and he told me that all the oil had already been draind from my jeep so i had no choice but to wait and be late from work. Another time i had brought it in for my regular check up for my warranty and they put regular oil in instead of synthetic after i made sure to tell the service manager that i took synthetic.. Lack of communication and not paying attention to detail was to blame.

Horrific customer service. Radio replacement resulted in damage to trim pieces, which the service advisor and tech attempted to blame us for. They installed the radio/gps wrong...etc.

Terrible attitude from customer service and techs...stay away from this dealer. There are others that are worth the drive.

Awful customer service

Service SUCKED big time! I made an appointment for 9AM on a Thursday morning for an E22 recall. My advisor greeted me with an attitude, as if I came to ruin his day. Little did I know, it was the other way around that was about to happen.
I had to endure a 2-hour ordeal for what should have only been a 30-minute service. At least 2 other customers, who came after me, have come and gone. Not sure if I wasnt white enough or because the recall service wont bring them revenue.
Cons: Awful customer service
