London Road Car Wash & Lube

I brought my truck here to get a car wash and it cost me $12.10 for them to run a vacuum through the truck and wash it. They left wet, dirty footprints in the truck from trying to vacuum (a very poor job), the windows turned out worse then when they went in due to all the streaks they put in them, and there was still dirt and mud on my tailgate! When I called the manager about it he said that I'd have to drive my back down (a 10 minute drive for me) and they would run it through again. POOR POOR SERVICE!!

This is the place to go if you don't have time to keep your car looking sharp and smelling great, like me!! They are fast, friendly, and it's really fun to watch your car being cleaned by a whole bunch of people!! The price isn't bad at all. . . considering all the work they do. They throw away the garbage, vaccuum, armor-all it, wash it, wax it, dry it. . . they even put an air-freshener in if you want them to. Good times and try it!!!

This car wash looks like a great place to go but don't be fooled. I've been a great customer to this business. I got my oil changed here and I got all my car washes here, until one day. I pulled up to the car wash And there was 1 car ahead of me with one of the employees pulling the car in. Next thing I know The car started backing up and so I honked and they smashed right into my headlight and left a dent in the hood...that was all the visible damage anyways. So I was pissed...So they sent my car through the car wash and I still had to pay. Then I talked to the manager and he said we'll fix it so I brought it there next week and they fixed it about 2 days. 3 months later I find out they didn't fix it all. I brought my car into the shop to get some stuff replaced on it and they said my radiator was cracked and my antifreeze is leaking, so they asked me if I've ever been in a accident and I said yeah I was hit on the front right side of my car, so they said well that accident caused your radiator to crack and who ever fixed it did a terrible job...The headlight was glued into place, the paint match was horrible and they didn't fix the radiator. So now I'm screwed...
HERES A TIP OF ADVICE
Don't goto this car wash
When you get into an accident always report it if your were hit by the engine. Be very careful if your don't report it because your can get screwed.

The London Road Car Wash is the place to go to get your car all cleaned up. The prices are very good and have different types of car washes to choose. When I went there I chose the Full 9 yards car wash with the new car smell scent, which includes some interior cleaning as well. They send your car through the whole cleaning process and then the workers touch up your car on the outside and then move on into the inside of the car to make it smell really nice and clean. After going through this car wash your car will be gleaming and you will have a nice smell that everyone will like as soon as they get into your car!
