Staff listened to our needs regarding washer/dryer replacement, showed us options and what they felt were good values. We did not feel any pressure to buy or felt we were being steered in a wrong direction. We purchased an LG model and scheduled delivery out for three weeks. Warner Stellian called on day of delivery with estimated time of arrival and arrived in that window. Installers did a great job of setting up the equipment and removing the old appliances - no walls were damaged and the floor/work area was clean. Overall it was a good experience.
