Never go to this place, have had things STOLEN out of car while getting it washed there. Not only did they steal personal property but denied it when caught!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto-Magic for over 10 years now. They do a fantastic job and are always very polite and helpful. I am picky about my cars so I use them-they can be trusted and if you do find n area that you want addresses again all you have to do is point it out to them and they will work on it until you are happy. By far the best car wash in town, and they do not harm the environment.

I took my Chevy Trailblazer to Auto Magic to get it cleaned inside & out. I was a bit shocked at the price for starters. $40 to clean the interior. plus another $40 to clean the carpet,plus another $5 per seat except charged me $10 for rear seat. On top of that they thru in $10 over sized vehicle charge. I needed the vehicle cleaned so I gasp and paid it. The overall job was somewhat satisfactory, but not for $109. When they were done 1 hr & 45 mins later, I inspected it. I opened the doors to find dirt all around the doors (where you cant see it with the doors shut.) I asked him nicely,"you guys don't wash that part?" He says no mam. Which was a little annoying. The major problem I had was that they put the seat belt around seat and now I cant get it off. Really irritating. I wont go back there. Also, the stuff they clean the interior stinks to high heaven.

I went to the Springfield Auto-Magic on Battlefield to get my car detailed in preparation to sale it. After being told that the bumper to bumper service would only cost around 90 dollars on the phone I was shocked to find out that I was being charged 133. I was also asked to pay for the service ahead of time which I thought was unusual. I left my car in their care and returned in a short 45 minutes. One of the members of their staff managed to BREAK OFF my door handle while trying to close the door and the car was extremely dirty still. I was told by their "onsite manager" that the only thing they could do was offer me two free cleanings. Needless to say I wouldn't suggest leaving your car in their care and I will be calling to talk to their actual manager very soon.

This is a one-of-a-kind service that is second to none. I've been here a few times, and I am very impressed. Not only are they fast, they actually seem to care. Your car will come out looking amazing. Also, you can watch them do their "magic". Great place to go.

I absolutely love bringing my car to Auto Magic. I have been using them for about 4 years, and they have always exceeded my expectations. The employees are quick, efficient, upbeat, and enthusiastic. My car always comes out looking fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. You will get your money's worth and then some!

You want to know the truth about Auto Magic? You pay $22 currently for their works wash, it costs them something like 54 cents. Their machinery constantly rips off peoples side view mirrors and chrome. I know this because my Fiance works there. They treat their employs like dirt and the owner has no respect for his costumers. I could go into detail, but it would take to long.

PROS: If your car comes out in one peace it looks good.
CONS: You pay way too much to a rotten company.

They do full service washing here, meaning that you can get much more done here than just your average cleaning. They will wax your vehicle, vacuum and clean the inside, and a host of other options for cleaning. Their prices are a little higher but they always do a great job with cleaning here and they are also very fast and efficient. Definitely take your car or truck here for a full service wash and wax, and let them clean the inside too. You will not regret it!

When you are in need of having your car washed I would definantly give Auto Magic Full Service Car Wash a try. I was very satisfied with the cleaniness of my car. They wash it while you wait and you can watch the progress of your car. It came out very clean inside and out. I would definantly give them my business again.

At Auto Magic, I can count on my vehicle always coming out extra clean. It is always nice to take the car there and get it washed and smelling clean again. They may be priced a little high, but it is worth it!

If you need your car thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, but you don't have time to do it yourself, take it to Auto Magic. They are so fast, but do a great job. They will get your car clean inside and out in no time!
