Andre's Confiserie Suisse

Words cannot describe how sinfully delicious Andres chocolates and cakes are. We got our wedding cake here too. They have a prix-fixe lunch on the days they are opened (closed Mondays, I believe). Their menu changes weekly. I've never had a bad meal there. I am salivating at the thought of Andres!

Bakery doesn't really describe Andre's. They are a European style confectionery. The candy and chocolates are outstanding. Be sure to stop by around Valentines Day. They have boxes of goodies that will make a heart melt ! Outstanding in all ways.

I admit I was surprised to find a place like Andre's in Kansas City. They're a small, upscale, European-style bakery and cafe. Their lunch menu is fixed, though it changes daily, and its a great little place to go for lunch. Their cakes and tea cookies are great for special occasions, though a bit expensive for every day.

PROS: Very high quality
CONS: A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

Oh my gosh! Attention all chocoholics!!! You have met your match! This lovely little swiss bakery features authentic european chocolate and decadent pastries in the the middle of Kansas City, just south of the plaza. The owner is happy to take orders to meet whatever your need (or just your desire) is. Prices are not cheap, but worth every penny, without a doubt! Stop in for his fresh pastries today!!! You will not regret it.

A absolute must for all chocolate fans. This is the real deal. Best chocolate in town, hands down. Their cakes are so good, I cannot stay away from this place when I'm near the plaza!
