      <title>5 Stars:  FROM PLAN TO VET ***A*** (by AMBER L.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've NEVER had a bad expirence, ever. My puppy princess loves the vets and I believe we've seen all of them. I will mention that I've had to wait a time or two, but the service and care that the vets provide makes it all worth it. My Xenna gets very nervous and they put her at ease before they do anything! I love the plans that they offer as well, it makes it truely afordable to get everything done. We pay under $20.00 a month and there have been times when she's gotten into something and we were there four times that month--which would normally cost more than $150.00! You can't beat it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: Attitudes, level of caring, pricing and ability to drop off and pick up.
&lt;br /&gt;CONS: Size and number of office persons (NOT vets, but desk clerks).&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>3 Stars:  The service is dependent on which Dr. or staff person you see (by Madeline H.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Several times we have gone in and been greeted by crabby front desk staff.  They have a sign in sheet that reads, &amp;quot;Sign in and sit down please!&amp;quot;  I felt like I was in grade school.   Our satisfaction has been dependent upon which Dr. we saw, but you don't get a choice.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Excellent Care (by Robyn G.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I recently moved to Florida but still take my animals to AMC when I am visiting family in Kansas City.  I have always had excellent care of my pets and service from the staff.  The staff are kind and worked with me to treat my pets.  Even though I live in Florida know due to the military moving us here but I still like taking my pets there because I know they will be well taken care of.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>1 Stars:  They really are bad (by Johnna B.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;The front desk staff is so incompetent that it takes longer to drop a dog off for boarding than to drive to the airport, check-in and arrive at your destination.  This is only a slight exaggeration as 45 minutes is about standard to just drop off dogs.  Picking up is at least another 45 minutes.  PIcking up is always fun because the billing is as inconsistent as dealing with the IRS. They never charge you the same thing twice and will always find some reason that they just HAD to do extra service that you owe for. You are given the option to check a box that says they will perform no service without contacting you but there is a disclaimer hidden in a previous paragraph that allows them to run your bill up as much as they want... AND THEY DO!  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Another pet peeve is that they yell for the &amp;quot;Kennel Staff&amp;quot; on the loud speaker repeatedly and are completely ignored. The final straw is there is no way in the world you get out the door without paying and that's fine but then after your paid your bill (It's always higher than you expect) they sometimes mail you an invoice and say you still owe because you didn't pay.  When you call their book keeper (She's never in the building when you call even if it's during hours you've been told she'll be there) you are kept on hold, finally put into voice mail, and then your call will never be returned.   The problem is not addressed and weeks later you receive the same mail all over again.  If you try to address any of these problems with Dr. Jarvis, he lets you know immediately that his ever changing young hourly employees have more credibility than you do. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is a fundamentally dishonest business with management that is a complete disaster.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
