This company is nothing but a rip off. I paid 20.00 and took my 4 year old son in JULY 2010 for pictures in Fort Washington, MD at a Safeway grocery store. I have never received 1 picture from that time and everything time that I call the customer service number, a representative verifies my address and name and the excuse is that they are upgrading their system. I asked for a supervisor who was not available and gave my telephone number to have a supervisor return the call. That was months ago and I have not received 1 phone call from this company, no refund or pictures. They should be banned from going to grocery stores and soliciting to take portraits. I would have felt better to give my money to charity or a homeless person

The people complaining must have never worked in a customer service industry before, My pictures had problems, these people bent over backwards to fix it! They ordered me new prints, and comp'd my entire $300 package. Honestly, I've never seen a company work so hard to fix a problem. And the service reps, sounded genuinely concerned about my problem.

And with 2 of my kids out of school and one still left to go, they have made improvements each year with their website, and the services/pricing they offer.

Pros: Friendly, Down to earth Reps, Good Value Packages, and Cheap copyright release of images

Cons: sometimes quality could be better, and if there is a problem, it can take a while to see results.

My kids, got their senior pictures taken in 04 and my second child again in 07, both years, we ordered $200 dollar packages. (Lots of Pictures) When most companies charge$1,000 dollars or more for senior photos these guys do the same job for a third of the cost. AND they do it BETTER.

My pictures were returned to me with in 2 weeks, both times and my youngest got normal, school pictures also, and they were delivered to us in JUST 3 Days!

I have no problems with this company!

Pros: Amazing Value! and very good quality and turn around time!

Cons: the Flyers that we got were always alittle hard to understand at first. (not that bad though)

It was all corrected and reprinted in a few days and they let me keep the pictures that were with the bent ones free of charge. The service reps, worked very hard to make sure that everything went smoothly from that point forward. I feel very strongly that, these folks work hard for their customers, and anyone that can't see that should learn to have some patience.

It is no wonder that WPG is changing its web site. In their greed to stop photo copying of school pictures, they have totally degraded the quality of the original photos that they provide. My copies (win98) are superior to the originals. Do not be so greedy as to degrade your original product to stop harmless copying. You got your money from the initial purchase, but you want to get it back again and again. Shame on you. You can not call (1 800 444 7966 or 314 567 5900) and leave a message. They do not want to hear what you have to say. Just call only during business hours at the 314 number. You can not e-mail your interests. Probably because of the website update. DUH! Gee, I wonder why! You poor, pitiful, greedy people. Two years from now my children will be done with public education and your lousy service. This dissertation will not be finished by then, hopefully. 12-16-2007
PS. I am so grateful that I bought a high quality all in one printer.
