They charge around $90 an hour, which I guess is fairly standard in this type of work.

However, they've made a few mistakes while working on and fixing things at our home. They hooked up our fridge to the hot water instead of the cold. In addition, there were some other minor things that they didn't fix as well as I would have wanted.

They are located in Lemay though and were able to come out pretty much the same day every time we had a problem, so they can be counted on for responding quickly.

So we still do use them and will continue to if we have problems in the future.
