.

I have two young kids who've seen Dr. Rouse over the past 3 years for tubes and tube removals, etc. He is very thorough and takes a lot of time with you and never hurries you through your questions. The appointment staff for the surgeries was fantastic, friendly and way above average. My son has suddenly started being afraid of having his ears examined and Dr. Rouse was very calming (as much as he could) and reassuring. They always fit us in when our kids have had a tube plugged, etc. When my son had a tube removed recently, we suspected a problem with my daughter's ears and he took a look at her at the surgery center without us having to visit his office for a formal appt. He seemed to have no problem doing that and confirmed that her tubes had fallen out. He's the best and so is his staff.

I had a wonderful experience. I got my hearing aids there and the audiologists were most wonderful to me. Lisa was very patient with me as I am elderly and needed some explaination for these new fangeled contraptions. I saw Dr Luce several years ago and Dr Mulcahy more recently and I couldn't have asked for better treatment and or care. Thank you .

I went to the Northland ENT group because they are supposed to be hearing specialists and I had experienced a sudden loss of hearing in my left ear along with headaches and sore throat. After a hearing test and a sales pitch by the audiologist I got to see Dr. Mulcahy for about three minutes with minimal examination and minimal questions about my health but another pitch about seeing one of the audiologists for a hearing aid consultation. One week later my right ear became affected like the left ear.\r\nI went to another doctor who said I had fluid in my ears they described antibiotics and steroids and amzingly in three days my hearing had improved. VERY disappointed in the Northland ENT group and it does seem like they were more interested in selling hearing aids than my diagnosis.
