I read the other review and have a few disagreements. For one thing, the guy who owns the shop hasn't worked there in six years. The guys who do work there have gone out of their way for me and my friends on numerous occasions. The thing I liked best about them was that they don't talk down to their customers (not at all like the other reviewer says). They can take complex issues and make sense out of them for people who aren't very savvy.
As for pricing I HIGHLY disagree with the other review. I'm in their shop once or twice a month and their used systems start out at UNDER $100 and new systems start at $300. The other day I bought a used 20 gig hard drive for $15. Now how awesome is that.
Heck, they sell ink and toner CHEAPER than Walmart and Office Depot. In fact they beat Office Depot on almost everything.
I've sent dozens of people to them and NEVER ONCE heard a complaint.

PROS: VERY intelligent staff, LOW prices and the best service around.
CONS: Only one location in Warrensburg. These guys need to franchise!

If you ever need a computer fixed, these are the guys to go to. Their extensive knowlege of computers is astounding. However their computerside manor sucks. The simplest question can be answered in a manor that makes you feel stupid. The owner "knows it all", his price for a four year old used but refurbished DELL computer was staggering. For the price he was asking I could have bought a brand new one directly from the company with more of everything speakers a flat screen and more bells and whistles that would make his whimper. The point is, the guys here know a lot about computers, but their attitudes suck and they charge way too much. Personally I will never go see them again for any computer needs, but my husband will because they are the only ones who know anything about computers around here. I just have to hear about it for the week after he goes to them.

PROS: Great Computer Knowlege
CONS: Everything else
