EXCELLENT! My wife and I hired Complete Music for our wedding reception, everyone had a great time, and my family is still talking about it. Keith Robinson was our DJ; he could not have been more patient and helpful. Of course, wedding week was hectic, and we ended up talking to him later at night a few days before the party. He had all his details together, had great suggestions and recommendations, and was receptive to a lot of our ideas. Wedding Day came, and the good service continued. Keith was right there waiting for us when we arrived, and the introduction came off perfect (after working unique intro's for each couple, including difficult pronunciation of some foreign names in the wedding party). All of the music was right on, and Keith continually checked with us to make sure everything was sailing along smoothly. Highlight of the night: 'The Humpty Dance' was a must-play for us, and I had forgotten to bring it, as neither Keith nor Complete Music had a copy. I was disappointed, but still enjoying myself. Somehow, Keith communicated with a DJ nearby, and GOT HIM TO BRING THE SONG TO THE HALL! Miraculously, The Humpty Dance became a part of our reception, as my friend and I sang it with Keith's microphones, with our everyone dancing along. One other major memory was Keith passing around an inflatable guitar, which hilariously ended up in my father-in-law's hands--too funny. The night ended with a big circle send-off and group hug that felt like the celebration of a sports championship. We had so much fun with Keith, he was invited hang out with some of the wedding party later that night, and he came out and joined them. From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better DJ or better service. The price was very reasonable, but looking back, I would have paid at least twice that amount given the product they delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend Complete Music and Keith Robinson for any event needing a DJ/MC/entertainer. Thanks Keith!

Complete Music has provided DJ services for my Pediatric Cardiology Camp for the past 3 summers. They are very accommodating and the kids always enjoy the music they choose and the fun dance activities they facilitate! In my opinion, anyone who can work well with kids of varying ages, can work just as well with adults! I would highly recommend hiring Complete Music for your DJ needs.

When had a blast with Complete Music! We had an opportunity to decide upon a DJ whom we wanted for our wedding and reception. I was selected to play Elim - a - DJ at a meeting Complete Music had. Our DJ was Bernard Herrington he was awesome! He helped my coordinator and photographer keep things moving along. I had no stress at all. We provided a list of important music; he made sure it was played throughout the evening!!! He also provided us with our own CD at the end of the night. That was totally unexpected. He was lots of fun to work with and helped keep our wedding flowing and reception group dancing all night!!!! After the wedding, so many of our friends and family told me they had a blast and the music was great. I would recommend Bernard again. He is a very nice guy.

I guess I will start at the very beginning. I booked our DJ in Jan. for my wedding in Nov. I spoke with Scott (CM manager) on several occasions about the reception which I was then told he would most likely be our DJ for the night. I filled the form which asked what attire I preferred my DJ to wear, which was a tux & what type of DJ personality we prefer. Which we selected all of the above, moderate, outgoing & easy going. Someone to keep the guest entertained but not be stressed while doing it. Not much to ask for. So everything was great, up until 3 days before the wedding I get a voicemail from a woman named Sarah Beth stating that she was going to be our DJ for the evening. I immediately called Dan, the owner of CM. I stated that my fianc and I would prefer to have a male DJ. No big deal, it is just what we preferred! Dan told me I was not being fair that I wasnt even giving her a chance. I hadnt even talked it over with my fianc before I made the phone call so I was like ok, I will call him and talk it over with him and get his opinion because maybe I am over reacting over the situation. He decided that a male would be the best for our reception to. So he made the call, and was called sexist by another DJ of CM. l called Dan again. He again told me I was being unfair to Sarah and asked how I would like it if a job was taken away from me by a male. Guilt trip? Why do you ask what I prefer if your not going to give what a paying customer wants? So I made the pre-call to Sarah. That went fine. She then asked me the order of our wedding party, who was walking in with who and each of their names which I had to correct a few names. I then had to make a CD 5 of songs that I wanted to hear during our intro song, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, groom-mother dance. More stress for the bride to get more things done. I made the CD and let everything go, I felt horrible! I thought honestly. What was the worst could happen? Once we arrived at the reception hall she was there to greet us at the door.20She was dressed fine, an above the knee length black skirt with a white button up shirt with black shoes. She went though our line up, making sure she had everything correct. She had everything wrong and had to re-write everything down again. (Did she write anything down on our pre-call?)So when she was introducing us she totally messed up the line-up and mispronounced names! Then we couldnt get through 1 song without the speakers making a horrible scratching noise. Scott, the manager showed up and made an attempt to fix the equipment within the first couple songs. Nothing was fixed. Why wasnt new equipment brought in and switched out? It was skipping and cracking on every single song, including our first dance song! We then asked Sarah Beth that if it couldnt be fixed please turn it down because it was so loud and the noise was not bearable! My mom had then made several phone calls to Dan & Scott to get something fixed, and they ignored her calls all night! I went to Sarah Beth and asked her if it was going to be fixed because it was truly unacceptable! She raised her voice at me that she was doing the best she could. I walked away without saying a word. Once she thought she had the system fixed, she decided to play the exact same songs she had already played because she thought they would play through. They didnt! So we listened to the same scratchy songs twice. Lovely. My event coordinator from our reception hall then asked me if there was something they could do because they were embarrassed that they had recommended this company to us and they were RUINING our reception. So they brought out the CD player that would play over the speakers throughout the hall and we would just have to get CDs. Wonderful! Anything had to be better than this! So once we started to get that set up, Sarah Beth had obviously not liked the fact that she was not going to be our DJ anymore. She hiked up her skirt very short, took off her white button up shirt and had a little white tank top on that you clearly see through and took off her shoes. I then asked her why she was walking around barefoot at my reception, it was very unprofessional! She then asked me if I would prefer her to put on her stripper outfit! OMG! I had honestly had it by then I then told her to leave. It then took her 2 hours to take down her equipment, which only took her 30 minutes to set up in the beginning. She went prancing around the entire hall for those 2 hours, BAREFOOT in a MINISKIRT! & went and sat down at our guest tables talking about her personal life! I cant stress enough on the situation! CM has given us our money back. Honestly, does that make up for the once in a lifetime reception I had that their company completely ruined?? No way! I would never recommend Complete Music to anyone!!!!

Complete Music was difficult to work with. They sent a High School Senior to play for a 250 guest wedding of mixed ages. The dj proceeded to insult the Groom on his dancing, spent most of his time mingling with our guest (closer to his age) and best of all had a contest with our guest to see who could out do him on the worm! We had to tell him to start playing the music for dancing and he did not keep the party rolling at all. He came around at the beginning of the reception with request but never played any for the older crowd. We even had guest going up to him during the reception and asking for music which he would not play. My daughter had several conversations about requesting the "dj of our choice" and they continued to tell her that the "schedule had not been made up yet". VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I have been to other occasion where they played and it was great. I guess if you make no special request and just pay the money then you will do ok. Their shows that they put on at the wedding shows are good, too bad they don't deliver them 100% of the time! Be careful of the management because depending on who answers the phone, they may or may not know what is going on. GOOD LUCK FOLKS, THIS IS A DAY YOU CAN'T DO OVER AND FOR THE MONEY WE SPENT ON THIS DAY, THEY REALLY PUT A DAMPER ON IT.

My wife and I just had our wedding a few weeks ago, and our DJ, Jason, was great! He played the type of music we asked for, kept the night moving, and did a wonderful job including all of the elements and music that we requested. He was very personable, easy to work with, and an overall great guy. I would highly recommend Jason Brooks to anyone for any event and, if the rest of the DJs are as professional and friendly as him, Complete Music has my complete confidence.

Even though my reunion was filled with a lot of catching up and not much dance the music played was very appropriate for the evening. He played many of the songs from the time frame in which we graduated and spent time preparing these songs as well. It was fun and he was very accomodating. I have the same gentleman for my wedding and NOV and have no concerns that the event will be a pleasant one.

Wanted to thank you for the wonderful job that Dennis T did at our daughters reception. We got nothing but compliments from our guests. Dennis was very creative and made sure thet everyone had a great time. There were people dancing that I would have never expected to be on the dance floor. You will definatley be used again by us when our youngest daughter gets married. Thanks for making our daughters reception a hit

I just had my event this past month and I felt that the DJ did good. He left a few things out that we wanted to do like my husband wanted to play a special song for him and my son. The DJ asked me if he approached me at 10:00 pm and asked me if he could play it now and my son was passed out by then so it was not able to happen. We were not asked if we wanted to say our thank you's to our guests until 10:00 either and a lot of them had left the reception by then. Other than those to two minor details the DJ was nice, personable, well dressed, and kept people on the dance floor. He played the music we requested and did not play things we did not want. The event was great and the DJ did good. I have also indicated all of this in the review I mailed back to the DJ service so this should not be anything new. Thanks
