This was the WORST AUTO EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The dealership had my car for three weeks to repair it. They kept saying they were waiting for parts and waiting was what I did. I picked up my car and they hadn't even test driven it yet. Gave me back my car with the Check Engine Light on and a burning smell coming from under the hood that they said was harmless leaking fluid. That was a lie. I broke down within 10 minutes of picking up my car. They almost ruined my car and I am having to fight them on every step. Diane in repairs cannot be relied upon. She said my car was fixed but wouldn't let me talk to the mechanic. THEY PUT ME DOWN, A WOMAN, AND THAT IS HORRIBLE IN THIS DAY AND AGE. Do not take your car there unless you want to pay $1,900 and get a car back in pieces. Very bad place to do business with. DANGEROUS and HORRIBLE. I broke down 10 minutes after leaving McCarthy Blue Springs repair and they would NOT give me a tow back to the dealership. Their 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty did not last for 12 minutes. WHY!!!! This was the absolute worst auto experience of my life. They treated me like I was trying to get away with something ... and they were the ones doing just that. They didn't have a mechanic certified to work on my car and they are a dealership? How can this be? This was a horrible and scary experience. They left me broke down on the side of the road on a Friday before the Holiday. I will lobby against these people until they change their policy on how they treat customers and how they handle their business practices of mistreating customers. My car was not fixed. I had to pay to have it towed to another decent mechanic. After keeping my car for almost a month, they left me on the side of the freeway in holiday traffic. What kind of people do this? Answer that question for yourself.

I have been to this dealership for a year & a half. The service advisers are very knowledgeable & helpful. They do not do any work unless they talk to you first. They are a little expensive but well worth it. They take terrific care of you. If it's new or used they stand behind their work 100%. I would continue to go back.

When we were shopping for a car for our son, this place had a large selection and knowledgeable staff who were not too pushy. They really seemed to know a lot about the cars we were looking at. The show room and lot were clean and easily accessable.
