i've been goiung to this salon for the past 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The hairstylists are all very friendly and personable. they have professional colorists who do some of the most natural looking blonde highlights i've ever seen. they only use aveda products and work with you to find the best shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. Not to mention their deep conditioning (or "glossing") which leaves your hair softer and shinier than you ever thought possible. It's a little pricey (starts at $35) but it's totally worth it if you care about your hair.

Pros: smells great

Cons: sometimes hard to find parking

I was able to get in for a Brazilian wax at the last minute when my regular lady was sick. The room was crowded, dirty, and not at all a "spa" atmosphere--I think they converted a closet. I was laying on paper like at the doctor and covered with paper towel off a roll rather than a cloth towel. The wax I got was incomplete. It's an expensive and painful endeavor to only get the job half done.
