I highly recommend Jane's House as a great place to find peace, relaxation and excellent guidance in yoga classes and other workshops. I have been a satisfied student for more than 7 years, and I appreciate the marvelous variety and compassion of all of the instructors. My 6-year-old grandson also enjoys his youth yoga classes at Jane's House.

Consider this: Where can a person go to (a) learn how to relax and be good to yourself, (b) improve your health, (c) get in touch with your inner Gumby, (d) develop a fresh perspective, (e) laugh, (f) be a part of a community, and (g) not spend much money? Answer: Jane's House Of Well Being. Stop thinking. Just do it.

I have been attending Jane's house for 3 years. A friend of mine suggested I go because of my tight muscles and lack of flexibility. As soon as I get there I instantly feel relaxed and so glad to be there. I love all the people that go and we seem to connect so well and enjoy each other's company. Robin has done a great job growing her business into the successful yoga studio that it is. She caters to everyone's needs and makes you feel like she is doing the class just for you. Her instructors follow her example and strive to make your visit enjoyable. Love it!

Jane's house has been a great place to begin my yoga journey. There are some great teachers and the studio offers a lot of diversity between the teachers and the many different special events held through out the year. I have made a lot of new friends and Robin does an outstanding job of building a sense of community.

Three years ago I injured my back and was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I called several yoga studios in the St. Louis area and Robin from Jane's House was the only to respond. From my first private session to find out the extent of my injury to the present I know I found the best. The minute you walk up the steps to the yoga studio you are transcended into a place of relaxation and comfort. Robin, the owner, genuinely welcomes you with open arms as if she had been your friend for years. I look forward to going to class not only for the healing qualities of yoga but to share the comradery with my fellow students. So three years later I remain pain free, am able to continue bicycling thousands of miles a year and I owe it all to my experience at Jane's House.

I had wanted to take yoga classes for years and finally got up the nerve to drop by Jane??s Yoga House. I was instantly hooked. Robin and her team of teachers are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Jane??s environment is so welcoming, in fact, that the experience quickly evolved from an ??exercise? class to my ??sanctuary? from life??s everyday stresses. On a physical level, I have regained much of the flexibility I had lost of the years and it happened pretty quickly. The beauty of yoga is that you don??t realize how much work you??re actually doing until you start to notice toned upper arms! There are a wide variety of classes and activities to hold my interest. It is a safe, no-pressure haven in which to learn the ancient art of yoga. Jane??s makes yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, etc. I??ve made many new friends there and look forward to my classes each week which is something I could never say about an ??exercise? class before.
