We loved it! What a selection--even for waist conscience individuals. Kind, helpful service. I would definitely return.

Pros: Deliciously low fat

Cons: cash only accepted

My family and I have been going to this place for awhile now and it is just amazing. The environment is very upbeat. The custard is the best by far in the st.louis area. They have so mnay choices which is very nice when we have the whole family going out. Our families favorites are the flavored cones and concretes. We also enjoy being able to choose from sitting indoor or outdoor depending on the weather, but I will have to say we do go through the fast drive-thru often. (Very convienent) I would recommand anyone to come to this delicious custad store anytime.

Pros: fast service, great parking & quality

Cons: not enough indoor seating

There isn't another place in the city that is better than this place. I've had Ted Drews and Coldstone and other ice cream from other places in the city, but this is the BEST place to get custard from. The quality is better, the service is better (you are in and out in less than four minutes), and the drive thru they have is very covenient if you don't feel like eatting there or getting out of your car. The price is reasonable compared to the other ice cream places in town and you will never find a better place than this.

Pros: The taste is amazing.

Cons: Needs bigger inside seating, but you can sit outside if you want.

The many times we have been we enjoy the custard, but the service is not good. Going thru a drive in and stating you want it "to go" means just that. They always try to give it to you w/o a bag.

I am not the biggest fan of custard factory- in general I think their custard tastes fake. On one hand its bad ice cream, on the better hand though the prices are reasonable and they have a drive through which makes ordering with kids all the more easy. For better custard head to Kirkwood and visit "Custard Station" off ok Kirkwood Rd- for just a dollar or two you'll be getting a far more delicious treat than your selection at Custard Factory. Real even more real custard, your only option is Ted Drewes. I could reccoment the "Dirty Worms" ice cream at Custard Factory, but eh, leave that one for the kids.

This frozen custard is pretty good, but it lacks the richness that you get at some place like TD's.
