The sushi I ordered was good but a little pricier than what I'm used to. I have only gotten takeout here once and was happy with everything other than the prices but sushi is never "cheap". The only complaint I really have (besides the prices) is the sushi menu is WAY too small. They don't have alot of variety at all when it comes to the sushi. I didn't read the other parts of the menu because that's not what I was there for..so they may have a great selection of other dishes..I do not know. They could use more salmon options, eel, & tuna. They need to get more creative and get more options on the types of rolls & fish/sea creatures served and then I'd be happy.

This restaurant has great sushi and great hot meals, too, so if you're afraid of sushi still try it. There are cheap things and more expensive items on the menu. We go to Mizeki's every time we go out. I highly reccomend the crunchy sushi roll and the rainbow roll. For hot food, we like to order the teriyaki chicken bento meal. You won't find better service, and they are open for lunch, too. The owners are so nice. Okay, I'm getting hungry, so... see you there lol

Pros: Great food, open 6 days a week

Cons: Off the main road, but it's next to KFC and the Ramada

While visiting my boyfriend at Ft. Leonardwood, I got a severe case of the sushi munchies and we started out on a long journey to find a place that served sushi. Right as we were about to give up, we spotted a small lighted sign off the main road for Mizeki. When we drove up, we noticed a parking lot that was completely empty (except of course for the employees, who were sitting outside hanging out) and we immediately took it as a bad sign, but thankfully my boyfriend wasn't in the mood to drive around anymore because we ended up having some of the best sushi we'd ever tasted (and believe me, we know sushi). Our waiter was very kind and even served us complimentary miso soup and delicious salted snow peas. Overall, I'd give this place 4 out of 5 stars and I would definitely eat here again.

Pros: great service, AMAZING food, easy on the wallet

Cons: kind of hard to find, NO KIRIN BEER! :(
