Simply put: Avoid and do not use MoX company for your travel arrangements from and to Columbia, MO. This was one of those horrendous and horrible services. I was left stranded at Kansas City Airport after their driver Kenny refused to wait for me. I had specifically asked if their drivers monitor the arrival time for all the flight (or did I need to call in case of any flight delays) and I was told that they do indeed monitor flights. I was flying back from a European business trip and the last leg of the return flight was delayed 2 hours. My reservation with the shuttle service was for 8:00 PM. My plane landed at 7:45 PM. Realizing that I can still run and meet with the shuttle, I located the little bus parked in front of one of the gates. I was there at 7:59PM, but my luggage was still being unloaded. So, I tried to explain to Kenny, the shuttle driver that I will need 5 minutes to grab my suitcase from the baggage area. The driver callously said that he cannot wait more than 1 minute and he had to leave at exactly 8:00PM. It was 8:02 and he couldnt wait any longer. Are you kidding me? On top of that this is their last shuttle from Kansas City; hence I would be stuck in Kansas City Airport for the night. Additionally, I was scheduled to have a seminar presentation the next morning at the University of Missouri in Columbia. So, I called their office and a heavy bucolic accented mans voice tried to explain to me that their shuttle cannot wait more than even a minute at the KC Airport, because the KC Airport police will fine them. This hogwash is absolutely untrue, because after I hung up with their pseudo-customer service, I talked to a police officer on duty at the airport and he completely denied that they are enforcing the shuttles to leave exactly at 8:00PM. I have paid already the return fare and they would not offer any reimbursements. I had to take a taxi from Kansas City to Columbia (120 miles). The next morning before my seminar I discussed the situation with several colleagues from the University and almost all of them agreed that MoX is one of the worst services in Mid Missouri. I personally would NEVER use MoX shuttle service again. It might not make a difference to them losing one customer, however, the City of Columbia is getting a new airport shuttle service, called EZGO Bus Service, and it is much cheaper, more reliable, longer hours of operation and I will definitely recommend them instead of those crooks from MoX. By the way, I do lecture several classes at MU, and do not miss a chance to advise my students to avoid the MoX shuttles also.

These guys might need to spend more time on customer service and less time trying to look good on TV commercials with young girls.

Driver today left 1 minute early, even though they said they would look out for me. They claim on time, on time! I guess on time is their time. Use at your own risk, it will be the LAST TIME for me! I have used the time so check out all the review sites, I should have done that before I booked with them. People really don't like MO-X much.

Now I get to hang out in the airport for four more hours instead of seeing my kids that I have not seen for several days.

They ripped me off even though i did not use their service.
I called them for service to pick up my wife from my home in STL to Columbia. I gave the credit card info but later realized that they DO not do door-door in STL. I told the rep that I will call back in half hour if I still need the service since if i have drop my wife to Airport, i need to find a baby sitter. I could not any so i did not called them. But they happilly went ahead and charged me 100 bucks. When i called them, they said once i gave CC info, that is it !!.
They said if i dont want the reservation, i should not give the info. That was their answer. I explicitly told the rep that i will call back if i still need it. They said this means nothing. After the CC info is given, we will go ahead and charge you. And there was 'no show' and so we will charge you. That's what they said. I have never encountered this kind of behaviour. I dont know how they are still in service. This is absolute rip-off. I am never going to use it again. In the worst case if you still have to, be very careful about giving your CC and pickup timings. I heard they are not reliable either.

Don't use this service. Period. Had a trip booked with them to be picked up from Kansas City International Airport. When it was booked there were two options for 5pm or 8pm pickup. Called to verify with MO-X to make sure that if wasn't able to make the 5pm pickup that could get on the 8pm pickup. Was told that would be fine that there were still seats available. So went ahead and booked the 5 instead of the 8, plane was slightly delayed and missed the 5pm pickup by 15 min or so, figured no big deal just wait till the 8pm. 8pm arrives, no MO-X shuttle, no MO-X phone call, nothing... So call their office, "sorry, there is no 8pm shuttle this evening" next one wasn't coming till the next morning. So after sitting at the airport for 3hrs with nothing to do have to call my daughter to drive 2 1/2 hrs for a pickup and 2 1/2 hrs back. By the way supposed to be getting home at 10:30ish from the MO-X shuttle now getting home at 2:30am. Plus to top it all off speak with their customer service and they offer no refund whatsoever, even though after being told there would be an 8:00pm pickup and then there not being one, so I talk to the owner / manager / president Norm and his help is virtually worthless, all they offer is credit for future use of their service. Why in the F would I want to use the service again if I knew I couldn't trust it. All I can say is use Columbia Regional Airport to connect or find someone to drive you, even pay the extra for a cab. This service isn't worth the time it takes to dial their number.---Very Unhappy and Disappointed in Columbia

I've used Mo X several times to get to both Kansas City and St Louis. The service is very friendly and helpful, and I've yet to arrive later that estimated. However, if you leave from Parkade, you need to arrive several minutes early because they will leave you.
