Every time I have taken my car in to be serviced EagleCrest does a top notch job and at a fair price. They are friendly and willing to explain what needs to be done and why. I would recommend them to everyone!

I've used this shop a few times and will always go back. They are friendly, nice, helpful, informative, fast, affordable, and the shop is really clean and welcoming. They need more advertising, would be my only suggestion! They are family owned business and they really treat you like one of the family. They've helped me out of a jam a time or two!

The jury is still out on the quality of the repair done on my car but as far as the service goes I have a few comments to make. I took my car in for Eaglecrest to find out why my car was leaking oil I was told why and was given a verbal quote ($200 -$250) on what the cost would be so I agreed and ask them to proceed. I was also told it would be a 2 to 3 hour job, after after several hours "I" had to call only to be told that they could not find the gasket to fix the leak. Several hours turned into several days. No excuses were given just that they could not get the gasket but had ordered it, this would have been readily accepted up front if I haven't had to call myself to be told of what was happening. I once again waited and had to call myself to find out an update on the car to now find out from the part owner that a bearing was damaged by them and they could not find one but they were still looking. During several more conversations that "I" had to initiate, I was told that they were told that an 1989 bearing from a totally different car would fit in my car... my car being an 05 who wants that NOT ME an 05 is just fine with me, they continued to look and finally had the part over nighted for the part to still be one day later than what I was told. The work was finally finished. I went to pick up my car to be presented a bill that was higher then the quote, I was charged for the bearing that the part owner admitted to me that they damaged only now to be told there was no way to keep from damaging the bearing in the repair. Where does it state a service areas can make there own rules as they go. Eaglecrest acted like they were doing me a favor by cutting the ticket to $225. My inconvenience as a first time customer of theirs was worth nothing to them. A 2 to 3 hour job that turned into a 6 day job, sounds like someone didn't do their home work until after the test was due. A shop that has been in business since 97 in my opinion should have been more professional. I would have not argued in the least about the final ticket if there would have been more communication up front but the attitude that they were losing money at what they finally charged me... Who's to say that the consumer is always the one that has to take it on the chin... I guarantee they would have made it up on the next two repair jobs. As for me I will not return unless of course the repair dictates that I do. If I haven't been specific enough just let me know.
