You are a wonderful Credet Union. I have enjoyed your meetings and parties. I appriciate being a member. About 3 months ago I got a bill from my United consumer Visa Company fo $20.00. I ask what it was for. They said "not using my Visa Card". They said cancel the card and we will disregard the bill. I cancelled the card.

This Credit Union serves those living and / or working in Jackson County Missouri. They offer good service and a variety of common banking products. The offer excellent rates on money market accounts and all types of loans. The only problem is that they are really very basic with no frills and not very many options on some products. If what you are looking for is not standard middle of the road stuff, you won't find it here unfortunately.

I have done my banking here for over a decade and am very pleased with the service and features I receive there. While it doesn't have all of the products, services, and frills of traditional banks, it has met all of my financial needs quite nicely. The rates are better than at normal banks, and the fees are much lower. Occasionally, I will get someone who may not be quite up to snuff on their training, but overall, I have no complaints about the service provided by this bank to myself and my family.
