I'm from West Salem, Or. I've dealt with I-44 Bus folks in Missouri few years ago. I have nothing but praises and highest recommendations for this outfit in the middle of nowhere in rural town named Sarcoxie. My bus broke down about 30 miles from I-44 Bus service. I called around 11:50 PM and to my surprise, someone picked up the call at that late hours. I tried calling two other companies and got answering machine. Anyway, to cut the story short, I was transferred to the owner named Ed Silvercloud from California. He spoke to me with patience and within 35 minutes a mechanic came and got the bus started only to be driven for a short distance due to water pump problems. Mechanic from I-44 Bus carries a 55 gallon drum on his truck full of water and twice within 23 miles distance he had to cool the engine by pouring some water from time to time on the radiator and the cooling fan area. We made it to I-44 Bus repair center. Ed was in California but instructed his Manger also named Ed (Cooper) to take care of my bus. Because it was late at night, Ed Cooper advised us to sleep in the bus after he hooked up the bus with the power from the shop. We got up around 6 and the mechanics were already working on other buses. Around 7 one of the mechanic inspected the cooling system only to find out that a rubber hose had a tiny leak due to over-tightening of the rubber hose clamp and under hot pressure it caused a tiny leak. He replace the hose and only charged us $86.00 for parts and labor. Can you believe this? We were prepared to spend close to a thousand or may be more. Honesty, courtesy and professionalism of I-44 folks is beyond expression,at least for me because I've never had once any shop charge me less than $400 for doing silly things. Ed Silvercloud, the owner who at that lived in California was an incredible gentleman. If anyone knows where we can contact Ed Silvercloud, please post the info on this site. Thanks for readin. Ed, if you are reading this note, please, please contact me on the same information you have on your receipt of $86.00.

I bought a used Prevost 1998 model 45 footer from i44 bus in Missouri. The bus was in excellent condition but upon buying and driving to New Jersey we discovered a few things weren't working the way they should've. I called Ed Silvercloud and discussed the issues with the bus. He wanted me to bring the bus back and leave it with him for a couple of days to take care of the problems. I did so and when I picked the bus I was surprised to find out that he replaced the old parts with brand new water pump, new electrical panel and completely serviced the entire bus, changed all the oils, flushed the radiator and put in new anti-freez, installed new filters and made the bus like new. I have never seen anything in RV business like this and I had different RVs in last 18 years. i44 bus folks specially Ed Silvercloud is hell of an honest and a great guy. I will highly recommend anyone to do business with i44 bus with closed eyes. There aren't folks like Ed around in this business today!
Thanks Ed and rest of the staff at the i44 Bus Services!

I bought a 1998 Neoplan double decker bus and had it converted at the I-44 Bus Sales. They did a fantastic job. I receive complements all the times from the high end bus owners such as the Marathon;s Prevost conversions. Their european material and the American craftsmanship is unmatched. Ed Silvercloud who owns I-44 Bus Sales is an outstanding gentleman with impecable honesty and straight forwardness. I highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a conversion or wanting to convert one to deal with Ed with total candor and confidence.
