I went here on a Mother's Day outing with all the females in my family. Since this was a party, we were allowed to bring in food and drinks, and the day we went, all the ceramics pieces were 50% off, which made it very affordable for the 10+ people who came. However, they were not timely in getting the pottery fired, and I had to come back a second time to pick up my piece, making it an inconvenience for me since it is located about 15 miles from my house.

I can't think of a better way to spend a hot summer day than in the air conditioning creating art! There were so many things to choose from - we chose tiles to use as trivets in the kitchen. It was easy enough that the two year old with me could do it, and the staff was very patient. It was a little pricey, but worth it for the two hours that we spent! They provide the paint, and after you paint the piece they fire it and you come back to pick it up.

PROS: Good selection, great way to make custom art, fun activity
CONS: Pricey, you don't take your piece home the same day.
