Best Manicure Ever
by Helen H.
I just went into the Salon, and I met a really lovely lady named Shirley. I have been to a lot of salons in St. Louis, and this is the best french manicure that I have ever gotten. It is still holding up, and usually they chip right off. I have found my spot for my manicures.

Wonderful experence
by Geoff M.
I walked in today, just killing time while my wife and mother were shopping at Plaza Frontinac. I did not want to go there. So I decided to get my hair cut. The stylist that cut my hair was wonderful, made me feel that the salon was there just for me. She spent a lot of time cutting my hair and I have an easy cut. But I could tell by looking around that everybody was made to feel that this was their time and would not be rushed. I will go there again and have convinced my wife to try them. Thats how good my experence was. P.S. My stylist was beautiful. Her name was Chris

Rhonda is the best
by Jenn H.
Rhonda has been coloring my hair for years. I left for a short while and tried a different salon/colorist, and my hair never looked as good. I've gone back to Rhonda and while the color does take a while to apply, she takes her time and does a very good job. She is also very personable & friendly. There are a LOT of older women who go to this salon, but it's not too snooty that you ever feel uncomfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend my stylist, but if you're looking for a more trendy/edgy salon, James Pearson is definitely NOT the palce for you.

Spa Day Gone Wrong
by Elise K.
The James Pearson Salon is the worst salon/spa that I have been to in Saint Louis. I made appointments for my mom, sister and I to have manicures, pedicures, and facials together. When we arrived for the appointment (my mom and sister came from out of town), we were told that not only could we not be together for our services, but our appointments were not even at the times that I had booked them for. I requested that my deposit of over $200 be returned. The owner did nothing to help and said that she was not required to provide the services that were promised at the time the appointment was made.
PROS: Ther is nothing good about this salon. Bad service, bad pedicures.
CONS: No customer service, will not meet contractual obligations

Okay salon, but nothing special

I got my hair done here on the morning of my friend's wedding. The hairstylist that did my hair did an okay job. Nothing special; nothing horrible either. The other girls had different stylists and I sort of felt the same way about their hair. My friend, the bride, had her hair and makeup done here and while her makeup looked good, her hair fell down halfway through the day and she ended up just leaving it down.
