River Ranch Canoe Rentals

I was looking through the site and search for where we go canoeing every year. Found it! We love the place. We come down from the K.C. area at least once a year. River Ranch is the cleanest place on Elk river period. The restrooms always seem to be just cleaned which are all modern and tiled by the way. We love the fact that it is at the end of the river so you get hauled up river first and don't have to wait to be picked back up. The store is great with lots of shirts, hat, snacks and drinks. The food they have is really pretty good, esp. when you get off the river and don't want to cook. Check this place out if you want to go canoeing. The cabins are a nice way to beat the heat too.

This is an OK place to rent canoes and rafts The downfall is you have to ride the bus up river and flaot back to River Ranch. The prices are higher then some competitors and the wait for the bus is usually long.
