I have been to Bambino's several times and have received average servcice but liked the food. On my last visit, the bartender was given a drink order for my friend and myself. He got my male companions drink and then began to take a food order at the bar without getting my drink. When I asked if I were going to get my drink, he said "Yeah, in a minute." Were told that there was a 45 minute wait for dinner. We stayed and were treated as though we were not welcome. When I asked when we might be seated, after seeing that there were 15 available tables the manager/owner said, " What do you want me to do about? I had 2 people that didn't come to work tonight." We were eventually seated and were given some kind of sliced bread and butter with no salad. When I asked the waiter whether or not we were going to get a salad, the manager came to the table and picked up our drink tab giving us the exit to leave. We were there a total of 1 1/2 hrs and were treated rudely and without care. I left my keys on the table (my date drove) which I used to see the menu in the dark with a mini light on my key chain. When I returned for my keys they were gone. I clearly believe the manager has little man syndrome and chooses to flex his muscle especially with women. I also believe that he purposely threw my keys away because my inquiries were annoying to him. His was looking for a fight and chose a woman to do it with. I have been to this place a dozen or so times and was given fair service and good food. This particular evening was very poor in service and food. The dinner salad tasted as though it had been out all day, with no cheese on it. We were ther 1 1/2 hrs and did not get the entree ordered. Terrible attitude there and will never go back again and will share this with everyone I know! In addition, a wedding party was being held on the deck. I suspect we were given the food prepared for this party. The bread looked like it was a wheat bread with sesame seeds and taken out of a bag from the grocery store not the usual dark bread served on a cutting board warm and ready to slice. The salad tasted as though it had been out all day! It did not have but one or two visible pimentos, no mozarella or parmesan cheese and was quite plain. Little did the wedding party know that we were being fed from what they paid for. And we would have been cheated (had we had to pay) by not getting the usual fare! Staff was overwhelmed/over worked and did not care. What was worse was the manager had the worst attitude!
No class, just a hoosier place! They were unaccomodating!

Recently moved to St. Louis from Los Angeles, after having lived in Chicago and Phoenix. And I'm not joking when I say that the lasagna at Bambino's is the best I have ever had. It's a charming, family owned, non-chain place with a great, romantic big porch. An adorable and delicious gem!

I love to eat at Bambinos. The food is Italian and they have the best salads. They have live music on Fridays, which is always nice. The outside deck is a great place to sit on warm summer nights.

This is a great place to eat. They have a great variety of food. This is also a great place to go up to and sit outside and have a couple of drinks with your friends. The staff is always very friendly.

I really enjoy Bambinos Restaurant because there are many options of what kind of dinning you can have. They have in door dinning, a bar setting, and even outside seating. The food is very good, especially the salads! For sure a place you will come back to dine at again and again.

My family and I went there and got lousy service, horrible inedible food, and then the manager was rude and refused to take off the FROZEN pasta dish. He hadn't even heated it properly. When I refused to pay for it, because it was FROZEN, he threatened to call the cops! I paid the ticket, but I will never eat there again, and I do not recommend them. The waiter did his best, but the manager needs to grow up and learn that his customers are what keeps him in business! IT WAS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY GOES THERE!
I just ate at the restaurant. Its July 14 2010. The food was good, but that was it. We were in a party of 5. No one ordered appetizers, and it took almost 1 1/2 hours to eat. The temperature outside was 98. I think it might have been better to sit outside than sitting inside. Its was so hot inside it was miserable. If we ate outside we would have least got a breeze. Our drinks were sweating so bad their were puddles of water all over the table. My wife goes their sometimes for lunch and she says it takes an hour to get a salad. I will not be going back! Even though the food was good, their are other places to eat. I did not enjoy eating their.
Pros: good food
Cons: service was terrible, too hot to eat
My husband and I have been going to Bambino's since it opened. We love it. It saves us from going into the city to the Hill. The staff are friendly and treat you as an individual. The food is always good. My daughter's are grown and out of our home and when they are in town;they want to go there for their awesome wings.
My middle daughter had her wedding rehersal dinner there. They did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about Bambino's except that you will see us there every weekend just about.
Pros: Good ingrediants
Cons: none
Bambino's Italian Resturant in Arnold turned out to be the perfect Venue for our small Wedding Reception.
Chris and Micah were wonderful to work with in accomodating even the smallest detail in the planning of my son's Wedding Reception. From the personal menus for the guests all the way to the serving of the cake. The staff at Bambino's was so attentive and friendly. Not to mention the Food, wonderful!
I will highly recommend Bambino's for any and all such events in the future
Pros: Wonderful Food - Superb Service
Tortelliini
Pros: Server was good
Cons: Food sucked
Servers seemed overwhelmed. There was no host on duty on a Friday night dinner rush. No manager seemed present, however the chef did make it out of the kitchen to bus some tables. Low quality ingredients shine through in this disappointing restaurant.
Pros: Family friendly
Cons: Awkward Service. Mediocre Food.
DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. MY FRIENDS AND I WERE ASSAULTED BY THE OWNER, HIS SON AND THE WORKERS. THE POLICE MADE US LEAVE OUR VEHICLES ON THEIR PARKING LOT AND WHEN WE RETURNED AT MIDNIGHT TO RETRIEVE THEM THERE WAS OVER $3000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGE DONE TO MY SUV AND A GENERATOR WAS STOLEN FROM OUR WORK TRUCK. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING THERE TO ANYONE.
Bambino's is a little known restaurant in Arnold, Missouri. Little known to those not in Jefferson County. The atmosphere is very family oriented. The meals are reasonably price with oversized portions. If you walk away hungry, it is your own fault. Pastas range $7.50 to $11.50 (for Tutto Mare, one of my favorites). Entrees start at $10.50, with steaks, chicken and veal. Wonderful appetizers. Nightly specials. Must try for yourself.
