.

Will not shop here again. We were in on Saturday to look at guinea pigs and could only find one lady to help us. She was extremely rude, did not seem to want to show us any. She said we could not hold them unless we were going to buy them.

The staff has always been incredibly friendly there, and I can usually find what I need there, but they must make a killing on the margin they make in their chain. I bought a flimsy, clear piece of plastic that catches food pellets that fall out of the side of the cage. It was $16!! Maybe for some reason this plastic is hard to make or something..A Fake stick for $18....for a fake stick, if you bake a real stick long enough, it will kill the bacteria that would have been harmful to your pet, and I would just use that. But, again, even at higher prices, they still have a great selection of products for any animal, they have live fish, birds, snakes, spiders, bunnies, ALL sorts of rodents and other small animals, and this is where I bought my two sugar gliders and all of their accessories where I couldn't find anywhere else.
